Description
Anfüllvorrichtung für Pumpen mit vom Druckwasser gefülltem Behälter. Diese Erfindung ist eine Anfüllvorrichtung für Pumpen, bei welcher Saugflüssigkeit für den Gebrauch der Pumpe zurückbehalten wird. ' Eine solche Vorrichtung, deren Einrichtung und Einbau ist in beiliegender Zeichnung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel, und zwar durch Abb. r im Längsschnitt, Abb. 2 im OOuerschnitt und Abb. 3 in einer Detailvorderansicht hierzu dargestellt.Filling device for pumps with containers filled with pressurized water. Die Anfüllvorrichtung wird zwischen Pumpe a und Abflu.ß- oder Druckrohr b eingebaut. Beim Austritt .des gepumpten Wassers aus dem Pumpenkörper muß das Wasser zunächst durch die Anfüllvorrichtung hindurch, ehe es an seinem Bestimmungsort anlangt (Abb. i die Pfeilrichtung). Dabei füllt sich der Behälter c durch die Öffnung d. Der Behälter c ist in dem Gehäuse e von außen durch Hebel f drehbar (Abb. 2). Eine Stopfbuchse g, die im Deckel des Gehäuses e untergebracht ist, dichtet die Welle h ab, die den Behälter c mit dem Hebel f verbindet. Saugt die Pumpe beim erneuten Ingangsetzen nicht an, so wird" der Griff i, .der am Hebel f angebracht ist, um etwa 150' in der Drehrichtung nach unten versetzt (Abb. 3 und, 2). Dadurch wird auch der Behälter c, der immer mit Saugflüssigkeit gefüllt ist, mit der Üffnun:g d nach unten gedreht, die Saugflüssigkeit fließt nach der Pumpe a und dichtet deren Saugelemente ab. Während man mit der einen Hand die Anfüllvorrichtung in Tätigkeit setzt, läßt man mit der anderen Hand die Pumpe an. Saugt .die Pumpe an, so läßt man den Hebel f los und der Behälter c nimmt selbsttätig durch das Gewicht k, welches am anderen Ende des Hebels f befestigt ist, die Ruhestellung wieder ein (s. Abb. i und 3). Am Deckel des Gehäuses e ist ein Bolzen l angebracht. Dieser bezweckt, daß das Gewicht k nicht an .den oberen Totpunkt gelangen kann.The filling device is installed between pump a and Abflu.ß- or pressure pipe b.
