Mehrfachsicherungsschraubstöpsel für elektrische Leitungen mit im Kreise liegendenMultiple locking screw plugs for electrical lines with circular ones
Schmelzdrähten.Fuse wires.
The invention relates to a multiple locking screw plug for electrical lines with fusible wires in a circle. The essence of the invention consists in that the anchored in the rotatable cover, tensioned in the axial direction by a helical spring spindle under the Lid has a branch leg reaching up to the fusible wire contacts the ends of the spin-
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein ίο Mehrfachsicherungsschraubstöpsel dargestellt, und zwar zeigen:del first to one each carrying the helical spring and holding the lid with it Barbs are bent, from which they then lead down again and resiliently sideways against the foot contact wall and by not touching the floor contact the full pressure of the branch leg on the fuse wire contacts. The drawing shows a ίο multiple locking screw plug, namely show:

The insulating body consists of three parts, the screw part a, the melt thread-carrying central part b and the cover c. The parts α and b, which are pushed into one another, are secured against rotation with respect to one another by means of a square design or in some other way. The contact spindle f has a branch leg f 2 , which leads to the fusible wire contacts arranged in a circle. The spindle is split below, the split parts are each formed into a barb / 8 , then bent downwards and run into laterally resilient ends f *. The screw part α has a screw sleeve k pressed from metal, which ends at the top as a flat ring. The middle part b has vertical recesses in a circle, into which the fusible wires d are inserted and clamped in place at the top and bottom by small contact caps i. The middle part b and the cover c are recessed in their edges like a sawtooth in order to allow only intermittent rotation of the cover and this only to one side. The contact spindle is anchored in a recess provided for this purpose in the cover. After the middle part provided with the fusible wires has been pushed onto the screw part, the cover is put on by guiding the spindle through the central bore, pushing the spring over the spindle from below and letting the barbs of the spindle grip over the edge of the spring. After closing the screw part α by a capsule-like foot contact h, when switching from one fuse to the other, the laterally resilient ends of the spindle slide up and down on the side wall of the foot contact without hitting the ground. This has the particular advantage that the spring balancer that the spindle receives always allows the branch leg / 2 to act fully on the contact cap i. The next melting thread can be adjusted simply by turning it slightly to the right. If all of the fusible threads are used up, the middle part b is replaced by another one which is still covered with fusible threads.
