Abstract
Description
Die Schmierung von Abgasturboladern mit dem zähfließenden Motoröl verhindert die notwendige Turbolader-Drehzahl bei kaltem Motor. Die Vermeidung von Rauchstößen bei der Be schleunigung von Dieselmotoren mit Abgasturboaufladung ist besonders mit Bezug auf fast alle Emissionen eine wichtige technische Aufgabe. Dabei hat sich gezeigt, daß die Reibung in der Lagerung der Turbinenwelle eine umso größere Rolle spielt, je kälter die Außentemperatur und je zäher das Schmiermittel ist. Der Übergang vom ölgeschmierten Gleitla ger zum Kugellager oder gar zur Luftlagerung der Turbinen welle konnte aus technischen Gründen bisher nicht durchge führt werden, so daß schon eine Verminderung der Schmiermit telreibung einen erheblichen Fortschritt bedeuten würde. Von diesem Schmiermittel hängt zur Zeit nicht nur der Rauch stoß beim Beschleunigen eines Motors, sondern ebenso die NOx-, CH- und CO-Emission beim Lastwechsel ab.The lubrication of exhaust gas turbochargers with the viscous Engine oil prevents the necessary turbocharger speed cold engine.
