Die durch die Erfindung erzielten Vorteile bestehen ins besondere darin, daß die Noppen die innerseitliche Ober fläche allseitig auf einer kleinen Distanz zur Haut halten, um eine normale Hautatmung durch die zwischen Haut und innerseitlicher Oberfläche liegenden Luftschicht zu er möglichen. Gleichzeitig wird durch diese Distanz des Anzuges zur Haut die Bewegungsfreiheit in keinem Maße eingeschränkt.
