Description
The invention relates to a sensor device for Railway systems in which an LC oscillator circuit in Optional dependence on external, inductive influence vibrates with one of two predetermined amplitudes, with one Oscillator transistor with a resistor at its emitter and an electronic threshold switch attached to it are closed, together with the oscillator circuit a two-wire line is supplied with electrical energy.
Institutions of the above Art often serve as rail contacts for triggering impulses when passing vehicle wheels. The impulses are supplied, for example, to counting devices, which after the counting in of a first impulse which at the beginning of the relevant track section arranged sensor device issue a busy message and after counting all counted impulses free the said track section Report. To determine directional impulses Two sensor devices close to each other on the track arranged for safety reasons over two two-wire lines are connected to a remote facility. This facility provides u. a. for the energy supply of the assigned sensor devices. Since when the Sensor devices whose current consumption changes, by Triggering the respective electronic threshold switch, can based on an evaluation of the feed currents of the sensor facilities centrally generates the necessary counts will. For the purpose, for example, a window discriminator Tor be provided, which is given in the presence of a level operating current, no output signal, but in the event of a deviation electricity by a predetermined amount from the operation current gives a related impulse.
Of course it is also possible in the of the sensor Set up remote control center between the two-wire insert an ohmic measuring resistor at which the Supply current causes a predetermined voltage drop that by a threshold switch to trigger the counter pulse is evaluated.
A sensor device of the type mentioned is in the DE-OS 33 27 329 as electronic, preferably non-contact working switching device described in more detail. With this be If the switching device is known, the oscillator is influenced, whose oscillator transistor works in an emitter circuit, via the feedback network. Another, undesirable leg flow of the operation of the oscillator circuit takes place that depending on the design of the facilities in the control center located away from the switching device when working the Switchgear on the two-wire line different span conditions exist.
From the "Taschenbuch der Hochfrequenztechnik" by Meinke / Gundlach, Springer-Verlag 1968, pp. 1126 and 1127 known that inductively fed back oscillator circuits practically constant feedback factor work. The textbook "semiconductor circuit technology" by Tietze / Schenk, Springer-Verlag 1986, (received in the library of the DPA on 2. 10. 86), pp. 443-446 also describes one of these inductive feedback Meißner circuit (Fig.15.4), where the operating point with negative current feedback (emitter resistance) is set. A stable base voltage or a stable collector current is achieved with a series connection of Resistor and zener diode generated, d. H. the oscillator oil sistor acts as an actuator for this stabilization circuit. The circuit arrangement can have a high output, AC override work. The moreover Colpitts oscillator circuit still described (Fig.15.9) has one in the collector circuit as the resonant circuit capacity capacitive voltage divider, whose tap on the over a resistor connected to ground emitter of the oscillator transistor is connected. This is part of the AC voltage coupled.
The invention has for its object sensor devices of the type mentioned so that at least the oscillator circuit of the sensor device in operation, that is with or without influence, better (constant) electrical Subject to conditions.
According to the invention the object is achieved in that the passive components of the oscillator circuit are dimensioned that the oscillator transistor AC input heavily overdriven that the oscillator transistor furthermore via base and collector as an actuator in an equal current stabilization circuit is included and that the Threshold switch as a DC voltage threshold switch is formed and to the emitter resistor via a filter element connected.
This special design of the sensor device has the great advantage that with regard to different applications only very low demands on the interface conditions have to be asked. This means that the power supply via the two-wire line on the part of a central, fixed facility from case to case in a large load can spread richly. The sensor device thus becomes universal Can be used and it is no longer necessary for the individual specially dimensioned sensors to develop directions.
A preferred embodiment of the invention provides that an operational amplifier as a DC voltage threshold switch ker is provided, the measurement input with the filter element and the reference input of which generates a reference voltage ing element of the DC stabilization circuit that are.
This sensor device advantageously comes with a relatively low component expense.
Es zeigtAn embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and is explained in more detail below. It shows

The right, dash-dotted part of Fig. 1 shows schematically a stationary station SN , to which an inductively controllable electronic sensor is connected via a two-wire line ZG . The stationary station SN supplies the electronic sensor circuit with electrical energy from a voltage source UB via the two-wire line ZG . Due to a modulation process of the feed current E in the case of influencing processes, these are reported back to the stationary station SN .
The sensor circuit connected to the two-wire line ZG consists of two parts, namely in the left part from an LC oscillator circuit and in the right part from a DC voltage threshold switch. The inductively influenced LC oscillator circuit has as an active element an oscillator transistor T 1 , which operates in a basic circuit as seen in terms of AC voltage. At the same time, however, the oscillator gate transistor T 1 is included as an actuator in a DC stabilization circuit, which consists of a resistor R 1 , an emitter resistor R 2 and a reference voltage generating Zener diode Z. A capacitor C 1 is connected in parallel with the Zener diode Z. This has the task of connecting the base electrode of the oscillator transistor T 1 for the frequency of the oscillator circuit particularly low-resistance to ground potential. The direct current stabilization circuit formed in this way stabilizes the collector current of the oscillator transistor T 1 to a predetermined value in a second range regardless of the supply voltage which is operationally developing on the two-wire line ZG . In terms of AC, a transformer U , whose primary winding U 1 is in the collector circuit of the oscillator transistor T 1 , with its secondary winding U 2 , to which two capacitors C 3 and C 4 are connected, is a resonant circuit.
A special feature of the oscillator circuit is that the two capacitors C 3 and C 4 are selected to be approximately the same size in capacitance value and the connection point V of the series-connected capacitors C 2 and C 3 is connected to the emitter electrode of the oscillator transistor T 1 . As a result, a very high AC overdrive of the oscillator transistor T 1 is achieved, so that the vibrations in the inductive influences occurring in practice do not abort, but instead optionally maintain one of two predetermined amplitudes. It should be particularly pointed out that when the oscillator circuit is influenced inductively, neither the feedback conditions nor the negative feedback of the circuit are changed.
The DC voltage threshold switch controllable by the oscillator circuit has an operational amplifier OP as its active element, the output OP 1 of which is connected to one of the two lines ZG via a resistor R 3 . A reference input OP 2 of the operational amplifier OP is connected to the Zener diode Z via a resistor R 4 . The reference input OP 2 is also connected via a diode DE and a resistor R 5 to the output OP 1 of the operational amplifier OP . The two resistors R 4 and R 5 form a voltage divider and determine the switching hysteresis of the operational amplifier OP . The diode DE prevents the supply voltage supplied via the two-wire line ZG from acting back on the reference input OP 2 . The switch-on and switch-off points of the DC voltage threshold switch are thus independent of the supply voltage on the two-wire line ZG .
The emitter electrode of the oscillator transistor T 1 is connected to the measurement input OP 3 of the operational amplifier OP via a voltage divider formed from two further resistors R 6 and R 7 . A capacitor C 4 connected in parallel with the resistor R 7 has the task of suppressing undesirable AC voltage components. The connection of the measurement input OP 3 of the operational amplifier OP to the emitter electrode of the oscillator transistor T 1 without a rectifier circuit is possible on the basis of the following consideration:
If the oscillation transistor T 1 is sufficiently overdriven in terms of AC voltage, its base-emitter diode acts like a rectifier and permits the potential of the feedback AC voltage amplitude to be shifted. The arithmetic mean value follows the respective damping curve. Further details are shown in connection with the explanation of a working example using the diagrams in FIG. 2.
Somit bleibt also die Wechselspan nungsamplitude, beispielsweise am Meßpunkt A, unabhängig von der Höhe der Versorgungsspannung auf der Zweidrahtleitung ZG.The signal curves in the six diagram lines of FIG. 2 as a function of time are subsequently examined or compared at three different times t 1 , t 2 and t 3 . In the diagram line LA , the oscillator oscillations are shown, which occur at measuring point A when the sensor circuit is not influenced. Corresponding to the capacitances of the capacitors C 2 and C 3 , the value of the vibration amplitude at the measuring point A is divided so that the signal curve shown in the diagram line LV results at the measuring point V. The signal shift in the positive vertical direction is based on the rectifier effect of the base-emitter diode of the oscillator transistor T 1 . At the measuring point C , the operational amplifier OP supplied, smoothed control voltage is available, which has a relatively high value at time t 1 when the sensor circuit is not damped, cf. Chart line LC . The voltage dividers formed from the resistors R 6 and R 7 or R 4 and R 5 are now dimensioned such that when the sensor circuit is not influenced, that is to say in the idle state assumed for the time of observation, the operational amplifier OP is switched through, so that its output OP 1 and thus the measuring point D is at a low potential. This is shown in the diagram line LD at time t 1 . In the idle state, an increased supply current E flows through the resistor R 3 , the amplitude of which is shown in the diagram line LE . This increased supply current E now results in an increased voltage drop F at a measuring resistor RV in the fixed station SN , which can be tapped at two terminals K 1 , K 2 and fed to an evaluation device (not shown). The amplitude profile of the voltage across the measuring resistor RV is shown in the diagram line LF . Due to the increased voltage drop at the measuring resistor RV , however, there is a reduced supply voltage available on the two-wire line ZG compared to the operating case at time t 2 (influence). However, this has no influence on the oscillator circuit, since the oscillator transistor T 1 works with a constant collector current and a DC separation of the excitation and oscillating circuit U 1 / U 2 are provided. Thus, the AC voltage amplitude remains, for example at measuring point A , regardless of the level of the supply voltage on the two-wire line ZG .
At time t 2 it can be assumed that the sensor device is subject to a maximum inductive influence and thus damping, so that the vibrations decrease greatly in amplitude, but are not completely suppressed, cf. Chart line LA . The particular advantage of the present sensor device is now also that the influences, for example, by railway wheels rolling at very high speed, may be very short-term; they are still recognized and reported. The envelope curve, cf. between times t 1 / t 3 and diagram line LA , follows the damping curve caused by a rolling vehicle wheel without inertia, since the oscillator always works heavily overdriven and thus the oscillator vibrations do not break off in any operating case.
In the diagram line LV at time t 2 it can be seen that the arithmetic mean of the signals at the measuring point V also decreases when influenced. This has the consequence that the measuring input OP 3 of the operational amplifier OP due to the circuit dimensioning only such a low control voltage is provided, cf. Diagram line LC that the operational amplifier OP switches off as long as the control voltage at the measuring input OP 3 falls below the two threshold values S 1 and S 2 . The output OP 1 and thus the measuring point D is at a high positive potential, cf. Diagram line LD and the feed current E drop to a considerably reduced value. This results in a lower voltage drop across the measuring resistor RV , cf. Diagram line LF as unaffected at time t 1 . The change in the voltage F at the terminals K 1 and K 2 can serve as a counting pulse in the stationary station SN of the device not further shown.
At time t 3, the inductive influencing and thus the damping of the sensor circuit may have ceased completely, so that the same conditions occur as have already been described for time t 1 .
In summary, it should be noted once again that the alternating voltage amplitude of the oscillator and the switch-on and switch-off point of the direct voltage threshold switch are advantageously independent of the respective supply voltage on the two-wire line ZG .
