Description
The invention relates to a rubber mixture according to the Oberbe handle of claim 1.
The general driving behavior of a pneumatic vehicle tire and its rolling resistance nowadays depend partly on the hardness of the rubber of the bead apex and the bead scuff strip and on the other hand on the hardness of the rubber of the tread base plate. A low rolling resistance and an improved general driving behavior would be achieved if the hardness of the rubber part of the aforementioned tire components could be increased to a range of 100 ° according to the Shore A scale. Attempts have been made to achieve this by using high levels of reinforcing carbon blacks. Such additives, which must be added in relatively large amounts, are problematic in so far as there is a limit from a process engineering point of view beyond which such a large amount of sooting carbon black can no longer be absorbed by the rubber mixture.
99 erreicht (Härte HS nach Japan Vorschrift).According to DE-PS 36 00 427 it is known to have a bead apex higher To produce hardness from a rubber mass per 100 weight parts rubber, e.g. Natural rubber or synthetic diene rubber or mixture of these rubbers, 40 to 120 parts by weight of carbon black like 5 to 40 parts by weight of a novolak resin and as its hardener contains a melamine derivative. According to Table 2, a hardness (HS) of 95 to 98 or 99 reached (hardness HS according to Japan regulation).
The disadvantage here is the use of high levels of soot, which ver driving difficulties in production, and the Application of high proportions of phenolic resin, through which the elasticity expansion of the vulcanizates is significantly deteriorated.
The known rubber mixture is also unfavorable due to extrusion and calendering.
The aim of the invention is to make relatively hard rubber parts Obtain rubber compounds that are made from blended rubber compounds gene producible, both ready-to-use tack Components as well as reinforcing, easily processable rubber compos nenten included, without at the same time relatively high shares reinforcing carbon blacks are needed.
The technical object of the invention is based on a rubber blend of styrene-butadiene copolymers and at least one other elastomer, in particular natural rubber, and a relatively low level of reinforcing carbon black and one a usable rubber mixture put after the vulcanization, esp. after by through in the present vulcanization caused by sulfur, hard rubber parts results.
This object is achieved in that at least 10 Ge percent by weight of an elastomer component made of emulsion or solution poly merized styrene-butadiene copolymer or a copolymer blend Mixture are present in which the bound proportion of styrene in the elastomer Molecule is at least 45 percent by weight, and that the further elasto mer component is a ready-made tack-friendly elastomer, with natural rubber being preferred that about at least 30 percent by weight Soot is present and that these components in the presence of at least 5 An divide per 100 rubber parts of a condensation product from one mono- or divalent hydrogen phenol and a formaldehyde ver are wettable or vulcanizable.
At least 10 parts per 100 parts of rubber are preferred th condensation product used.
As a result, rubber parts can be obtained which have a Shore A hardness of at least 98 °. These are preferred for hard core ring riders such as hard chafing strips and for hard base plates of a two-layer tread (cap and base).
Eine vulkanisierbare Kautschukverschnittmischung in einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform nach der Erfindung besteht im wesentlichen ausA vulcanizable rubber blend blend in a preferred one Embodiment according to the invention consists essentially of
The vulcanizates contain other conventional additives, such as zinc oxide and stearin Acid, process oil, antioxidants, antiozonants and Vulkanisa accelerator.
The Shore A hardness of this vulcanizate is 98 ° and its modulus of elasticity is 8.8 MPa, measured at room temperature.
The rubber blend mixture is easy to process, contains the reinforcing additives in a relatively small amount, is not technically problematic, and easily hard rubber vulcanizates of almost 100 ° according to Shore A hardness scale can be obtained.
