Trittfläche, z. B. Gummiabsätze, bei welchem der Kern des Fleckes dauernd auf dem
Schuhabsatz befestigt ist, während die den Kern als Ring umschlingende Trittfläche

Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, daß die Trittfläche als auswechselbarer

verhindern. Der Vorteil dieser Ausbildung gegenüber bekannten Absatzflecken mit
auswechselbarer Trittfläche besteht darin, daß der die auswechselbare Trittfläche
bildende Streifen leicht als fortlaufender Streifen hergestellt werden kann, z.
B. wenn es sich um einen Streifen aus Gummi handelt. Auch wenn der Streifen
-als Einzelstreifen in vorgeschriebener Länge hergestellt wird, wird die
Herstellung gegenüber bisher benutzten ringförmigen Trittflächen vereinfacht, weil
sich solche Streifen nebeneinander in großer Zahl in einer Form oder einer Stange
usf. herstellen lassen, wobei wenig Abfallmaterial, das schwer wiederverwendbar
ist, entsteht. Weiterhinkommt in Frage, daß durch die Form des Streifens gerade
an Material für diejenigen Teile, die am schnellsten verbraucht werden und auszuwechseln

besitzt eine schwalbenschwanzförmig unterschnittene Rand- oder Mantelfläche 4, während
die nach der Sohle zugewandte Stirnfläche 5 des Kernes i nicht unterschnitten zu
werden ]>raucht. Die Mantelfläche d. des Kernes i kann auch, statt einfach schwalbenschwanzförinig
unterschnitten zu sein, gewellt oder gezackt ausgeführt werden. Um die Mantelfläche
.i des Kernes i ist nun die auswechsel-1-are Trittfläche 6 als Streifen gelegt.
Zu diesem Zweck ist die innere Mantelfläche dieses Streifens 6 entsprechend der
Mantelfläche d des Kernes i abgeschrägt oder gewellt, mit der -Wirkung, daß ein
Abgleiten #tes Streifens6 in der Richtung senkrecht zum Kern i nicht möglich ist.
Um nun zu verhüten, daß der Streifen 6, welcher ja aus nachgiebigem 1-Iaterial,
Gummi, Leder o.dgl., herestellt ist, sich in der Ebene des Kernes i aufbiegen kann,
ist in demselben eine steife Einlage aus Metall eingelegt. Abb. 3 zeigt im Schnitt
zum Teil mit perspektivischer Ansicht eine Einlage aus Draht. Der in der Form des
Kernes i gebogene genügend starke Draht 7 tritt durch eine Bohrung des Streifens
6, in welcher er sich führt, hindurch. Er gestattet zwar ein leichtes Aufbiegen
des Streifens derart,
daß man ihn um den Kern i herumlegen kann,
verhütet dann aber infolge seiner genügenden Steifigkeit, daß er sich beim Schreiten
aufbiegt und vom Absatz abgleitet. In Abb. q. ist im Querschnitt ein Streifen 6
mit bandförmiger Einlage 8 veranschaulicht. Dabei ist das Band 8 in eine in der
Grundfläche des Streifens 6 vorgesehene Nut eingelegt. Statt der Nut in der Grundfläche
des Streifens 6 kann auch eine Aussparung in seiner Mantelfläche vorgesehen sein,
in welche das Versteifungsband aus Metall eingelegt wird. Für die Massenfabrikation
ist es wichtig, den Streifen 6 einfach und schnell mit der draht- oder bandförmigen
Einlage zu versehen. Bei der Ausführungsform nach Abb. 3 läßt sich der Streifen
6 mit seinem durchgehenden Kanal über die drahtförmige Einlage 7 schieben, auch
nachdem die drahtförmige Einlage 7 schon gebogen ist. Nach Abb. q. wird die gebogene
bandförmige Einlage 8 einfach in die Nut des Streifens 8 angedrückt. Auch läßt sich,
vgl. Querschnitt Abb. 5, auf drahtförmiger Einlage der Streifen mit einem bis zur
Bohrung für die Einlage durchgehenden Spalt 9 versehen, welcher, um die Einlage
7 von obenher anlegen zu können, aufgeklappt wird. Dieses ist vermöge der Eigenfederung

nach Abb. 8 tritt die Drahteinlage 7 nicht bis zu den Enden des Streifens hindurch,
sondern ist vor den Enden desselben seitlich abgebogen, wobei die Abbiegungen 13
nach innen aus entsprechenden Löchern des Streifens 6 vorspringen, um in entsprechende
Löcher des Kernes i einzutreten und dadurch ein Abziehen des Streifens vom Kern
