Bekanntlich ist die vielfach in Gebrauch stehende Befestigung von Kautschukflächen auf Absätzen mit Hilfe einer oder mehrerer den Lauffleck durchsetzender und in den Absatz eingeschraubter Schrauben aus verschiedenen Gründen mangelhaft, insbesondere wegen des Abhebens des Lauffleekes vom Absatz an den Rändern des letzteren. Man ist daher dazu übergegangen, Kautschuklaufflächen an das Schuhwerk durch Kleben aufzubringen, und hiebei muss die zu bedeckende Schuhwerksfläche, z.
B. des Absatzes, durch Aufnageln oder sonstige Befestigung mit einer Zwischenlage aus Leder, präpariertem Textilstoff od. dgl. in der Form und Gestalt des aufzubringenden Kautschukfleckes versehen werden, worauf diese Zwischenlage sowie auch der Kautschukfleck zugerichtet und wiederholt mit einer der bekannten Klebstofflösungen bestrichen werden müssen, welche eine verlässliche Haftverbindung zwischen dem Material der Zwischenlage und dem Kautschukfleck sichern.
Dieses Zurichten der Zwischenlage und des auf ihr aufzubringenden Kautsehukfleckes, z. B. in Gestalt einer Kautsehukplatte, besteht im Wesen in einem Aufrauhen ihrer aufeinanderzupressenden Flächen und in einem wiederholten Bestreichen derselben mit einer Klebstofflösung behufs Imprägnierung, wobei zwischen den aufeinanderfolgenden Auftragungen der Klebstofflösung stets so lange zugewartet werden muss, bis der jeweils vorhergegangene Anstrich ausreichend in das Material der Zwischenlage und der Platte eingedrungen und zur Trocknung gelangt ist. Infolgedessen bedarf die Aufbringung einer Kautschukfläche auf Schuhwerk stets einer geraumen Zeit, während das Bedürfnis besteht, z. B. Absatzreparaturen in allerkürzester Zeit durchzuführen, um das Schuhwerk alsbald wieder tragen zu können.
Diesem Bedürfnis kommt die vorliegende Erfindung nach, die im Wesen darin besteht, dass die die Lauffläche des Schuhwerks bildende Kautschukplatte sowie auch die Zwischenlage schon im vorhinein an einer ihrer Flächen zugerichtet und mit den wiederholten Anstrichen von Klebstofflösung versehen wird, so dass es später genügt, die Zwischenlage auf die betreffende Stelle des Schuhwerks derart aufzunageln oder aufzuschrauben, dass die zugerichtet, mit Klebstoff präparierte Fläche freiliegt, worauf dann auf diese Fläche die Kautschukplatte ebenfalls mit ihrer zugerichteten Fläche aufgepresst wird.
Durch die Vorbereitung der Zwischenlage und der Kautschukplatte wird beim Aufbringen derselben auf Schuhwerk die Zeit erspart, die sonst für das Aufrauhen, das wiederholte Bestreichen und das notwendige Trocknen der Klebstofflösung nötig ist.
Die Kautschukplatte und die Zwischenlage werden in der vorangegebenen Weise auf Vorrat erzeugt und ihre präparierten Flächen nach der Herstellung durch eine leicht lösbare Hülle gegen schädigende Einflüsse geschützt.
Statt die Zwischenlage in der Gestalt und in den Abmessungen der Lauffläche im vorhinein herzustellen, kann die Zwischenlage auch in Gestalt von Streifen oder sonstigen Flachgebilden erzeugt werden, aus denen erst im Bedarfsfalle Formen ausgeschnitten werden, die der Gestalt des Gummilaufflecks bzw. des Schuhwerks entsprechen.
Die zugerichtete Zwischenlage wird in irgendeiner der bekannten Weisen, etwa durch Annageln, Anschrauben, am Schuhwerk befestigt, die Schutzhülle entfernt und auf die freigelegte, präparierte Fläche der gleichfalls aus seiner Schutzhülle entnommene Lauffleck aus Kautschuk unter Druck aufgebracht.
Dies geschehen, kann das Schuhwerk sofort in Gebrauch genommen werden.
Es ist klar, dass auf die angegebene Weise nicht nur die Laufflächen von Schuhwerk, wie Sohle oder Absatz, hergestellt werden können, sondern dass die erfindungsgemässen Mittel auch zur Erzeugung irgendwelcher Schutzschichten von Gegenständen aller Art zu verwenden sind.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Kautschuklauffleck und aus Leder, Textilstoff od. dgl. bestehende Zwischenlage, mittels welcher die Befestigung des ersteren am Sehuhwerk, insbesondere an Schuhabsätzen erfolgt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Lauffleck und Zwischenlage vor Ingebrauchnahme an der Fläche ihres Kontaktes eine Zurichtung unter Verwendung von Klebstoff aufweisen, so dass bei Gebrauchnahme ein sofortiges Aufbringen des Fleckes auf die am Sehuhwerk in beliebiger Weise befestigte Zwischenlage möglich ist.

It is well known that the frequently used fastening of rubber surfaces on heels with the help of one or more screws penetrating the tread and screwed into the heel is deficient for various reasons, in particular because of the lifting of the tread from the heel at the edges of the latter. There has therefore been a move to apply rubber treads to the footwear by gluing, and the footwear surface to be covered, e.g.

This need is met by the present invention, which essentially consists in the fact that the rubber plate forming the running surface of the footwear and also the intermediate layer are prepared in advance on one of their surfaces and provided with repeated coats of adhesive solution, so that it is sufficient later nailing or screwing the intermediate layer onto the relevant point of the footwear in such a way that the trimmed, adhesive-prepared surface is exposed, whereupon the rubber sheet is also pressed onto this surface with its trimmed surface.
The preparation of the intermediate layer and the rubber sheet saves the time that would otherwise be required for roughening, repeated coating and the necessary drying of the adhesive solution when they are applied to footwear.
The rubber sheet and the intermediate layer are produced in the above-mentioned manner in reserve and their prepared surfaces are protected against damaging influences after production by an easily detachable cover.
Instead of producing the intermediate layer in advance in the shape and dimensions of the tread, the intermediate layer can also be produced in the form of strips or other flat structures, from which shapes are cut out only if necessary, which correspond to the shape of the rubber tread or the footwear.
The trimmed intermediate layer is attached to the footwear in any of the known ways, for example by nailing or screwing on, the protective cover is removed and the rubber stain, which has also been removed from its protective cover, is applied under pressure to the exposed, prepared surface.
Once this is done, the footwear can be used immediately.
It is clear that not only the running surfaces of footwear, such as soles or heels, can be produced in the specified manner, but that the means according to the invention can also be used to produce any protective layers of objects of all kinds.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Rubber stain and intermediate layer made of leather, textile or the like, by means of which the former is attached to the shoe, in particular on shoe heels, characterized in that the stain and intermediate layer have a dressing using adhesive on the surface of their contact before being used so that when it is in use the stain can be applied immediately to the intermediate layer attached to the watch mechanism in any way.
