Description

The invention relates to a device for separation dusts, fungi, viruses, germs, bacilli and gas shaped and / or aerosol pollutants from air, the a coarse separation filter, one in the following order Ozonization line, a fan, an ionization stretch and a multi-layer chemical sorption filter, the from superimposed, through dust filtering layers there are separate beddings, the multilayer chemical sorption filter used in In the direction of flow, successive layers are seen having:

  • a) zunächst eine alkalische Schicht, dann eine saure Schicht oder umgekehrt, wobei die saure Schicht aus einem Blähstoff mit großer kapillarer Struktur, der mit Eisen-III-, Eisen-II-Salzen bzw. Ammoniumeisen sulfat getränkt ist, besteht;a) first an alkaline layer, then an acid one Layer or vice versa, the acidic layer being made of an expanded material with a large capillary structure, the with iron III, iron II salts or ammonium iron is soaked in sulfate;
  • b) eine neutralisierende Schicht undb) a neutralizing layer and
  • c) eine feinstaubabweisende Schicht.c) a fine dust repellent layer.

Such a device is in DE 36 20 666 A1 , which is the disclosure of the  Main patent acts.

The invention is based, which in the DE 36 20 666 A1 described device to continue such that their separation performance is improved.

This object is achieved in that between electrically charge the individual chemical sorption masses bare fabric filter layers arranged as separating layers and this to build an electrical field on a high voltage generator are connected. By building the electric field can interact with the ioni an improved agglomeration between the Chemical sorption filter layers with simultaneous pre-connection the high-voltage ozonization line will.

Another improvement in the separation properties of the Device is achieved, albeit the housing of the chemistry sorption filter is electrically chargeable.

The separating layers and / or the housing can be advantageous be designed as a dielectric.

In the following the invention is based on an embodiment form explained in more detail with reference to the drawing, in which the device according to the invention is shown schematically represents is.

A pollutant-laden air flow 1 meets an electrically chargeable separating layer 2 , which can be designed as a fabric filter layer and which belongs to the device for separation. The separating layer 2 is followed by a chemisorption mass layer 3 , followed by a separating layer 4 which is designed as a dielectric and which is followed by a further chemiesorption mass layer 3 . 5 with a housing is characterized, which, like the separating layer 4, can be formed as a dielectric.

An ionizer and / or ozonizer can serve as the charge pole Chemical sorption filter layers, the electrostatically charged Separating layers, the dielectric separating layers and the Housing attached.
