Description

Auf diesem Modell wird mittels verschie dener Technologien die Keramik-, Glas- oder Porzellanmasse modelliert, abgenommen und in einem Ofen gesintert. Die Ab formung, das Ausgießen zum Modell, die Herstellung und Über tragung auf einem Modell bringt natürlich das Problem der Fehlerkette mit sich, indem sich die Fehler jedes einzelnen Schrittes addieren. Die erfindungsgemäße, sinterbare dentale Abformmasse erlaubt es, daß ein Zahnstumpf direkt mit der Masse abgeformt wird, aus der die Restauration hergestellt werden soll. In einer bevorzugten Anwendung werden entsprechend der Anmeldung P 36 04 059.2 dünne Glas-, Keramik- oder Porzellan-Hohl kronen, die die Form und Schichtstärke des natürlichen Zahn schmelzes haben, mit der erfindungsgemäßen Abformmasse gefüllt und dem Zahnstumpf soweit aufgeschoben bis die Hohlkrone exakt im Zahnbogenverlauf steht. Nach Auslösen eines Abbindemechanismus verfestigt sich die erfindungsgemäße Masse irreversibel oder reversibel elastisch oder fest, so daß die Abformkrone abgezogen werden kann. Diese hat jetzt außen die bereits vorgegebene anatomische Form und entspricht im Innern exakt der Form des beschliffenen Zahnstumpfes. Übertragungsfehler, Fehlersummation durch bisherige Abformung und Modellherstellung und sekundäres Aufbauen auf einem Modellstumpf entfallen. Die erfindungsgemäße sinterbare, den tale Abformmasse wird auf einem speziellen Objektträger im Ofen direkt gebrannt, wobei durch Sintern die feste Innenform der Zahnrestauration entsteht. Durch Änderung des Mischungs verhältnisses der Anmischlösung wird erreicht, daß die Sin termasse Keramik, Glas oder Porzellan beim Brennen steuerbar kontrahiert, so daß ein definierter Hohlraum zwischen Innen fläche der gebrannten Sinter-Abformmasse und Oberfläche des Zahnstumpfes entsteht entsprechend der Mindestschichtstärke des gewählten Befestigungszementes. Um eine vorgefertigte Hohlkrone, die während der Abformung als Halterung dient, beim Brennen nicht berühren zu müssen, wird in einer bevorzugten Verwendung die erfindungsgemäße sinterbare den tale Abformmasse nach Abformung des beschliffenen Zahnes mit feuerfester Schamott- bzw. Löteinbettmasse ausgegossen, die dann als Formhalter und Objektträger während des Brennvor ganges dient.
