Erweiterung gebildet.Burners for gas firing. For burners for gas firing with concentric
to the air flow lying annular gas line, it is already known to regulate
to achieve the burner that in the air supply line, or in the
Gas and air line a throttle element is switched on, which is closed by hand
is adjusted and thereby changes the access cross-section to the burner. They knew
Devices have the disadvantage that when the throttle member is actuated a
Deterioration in the efficiency of the burner occurs because the throttle elements
reduce the suction effect on the gas flow and the mixture in their throttling position.
According to the invention, these disadvantages are eliminated in that the throttle member
consists of a disc arranged perpendicular to the air inflow, which is in front of the
Air inlet opening is attached and in addition to regulating the air flow a
Transfer of the air to the gas outlet, which is designed in the form of a nozzle in a known manner
causes. As a result, the greater the throttling, the sharper the suction effect
an .der gas line, so that even small amounts of fuel in good carburization
can be obtained. For the purpose of further intimate mixing of air and gas, the transition is made
to the heating chamber through a conical one directly adjoining the burner
Extension formed.
An example embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. The burner consists of a double-walled hollow cylinder g, to which the gas is fed in a controllable manner through the cock v. The ring cylinder ends in a nozzle-shaped cross section d. Inside the ring tube g, there is a fine spindle s mounted on bearing feet, which can be adjusted forwards or backwards by a handwheel k. The spindle s carries a burner disk b; which is perpendicular to the air inflow (arrow i) and has the effect that .the air is deflected outwards in the direction of the arrows i '. This air movement is supported by the fact that the cladding a of the heating chamber h is conical in shape, as can be seen at e. This forces the air to wipe past the nozzle opening d and to mix intensively with the gas. At the same time, the burner disk b serves to regulate the air flow.
