Gaskanalofen mit Frischluftzuführung zu den Gasdüsen.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Gaskanal-
ofen mit Frischluftzuführun.g zu den Gas-
düsen durch besondere ganz ,gerade Kanäle
in den Seitenwandungen. Gegenüber. den be-
kannten Gaszuführungskanälen besteht das
Wesen der Neuerung darin, @däß die Kanäle
in den Seitenwandungen des. Ofens nach. innen
offen sind.
Zu den Brennern, deren Düsen in mehreren
Reihen übereinanderliegen und zweckmäßig
noch gruppenförmig angeordnet sind; führen
besondere durchgehende Kanäle in den Sei-
tenwandungen, die nach innen offen sind,
die vorgewärmte Frischluft. Bei den ein-
zelnen Düsengruppen erhalten diese Kanäle
entsprechende Verzweigungen.

Gas duct furnace with fresh air supply to the gas nozzles. The invention relates to a gas duct
oven with fresh air supply to the gas
jet through special, very straight channels
in the side walls. Opposite to. the loading
Known gas supply channels exist
Essence of innovation in the fact that the canals
in the side walls of the oven. Inside
are open.
To the burners, their nozzles in several
Rows are on top of each other and functional
are still arranged in groups; to lead
special continuous channels in the side
walls that are open inwards,
the preheated fresh air. At the one
These channels are given to individual groups of nozzles
corresponding branches.
To regulate the air supply, the
Channels from the outside by pushing in or
Removal of locking pieces off and on
be switched. That way you have it in
of the hand, to every part of the oven and also
still in coordination with the altitude Exactly
allow measured amounts of fresh air.
For the gas supply to the nozzles, 'in
Usually gas supply channels in the
Walls arranged.
For the distribution of the gas nozzles is only
decisive that the gas flames develop freely
can wrap and as many parts of the
Cross-section to be heated.
v For the air supply to the gas nozzles
must be taken into account that in the front part
the usual oven mostly the normally added
a flowing amount of air is sufficient. Further back
but the amount of air becomes insufficient
and therefore sooty, .the burning
ut damaging and not long enough,
therefore not effective & flames. Help that
the special air ducts.
It is also usually necessary for this
to ensure that the lower burner is longer
Get air because in the upper part of the duct
cross-section anyway stronger air flow
is available. Here too, the air
channels the possibility.
But even with the discussed rules
possible solution is the flame effect
not yet set as precisely as it is with
sensitive items to be fired. Of-
half is! the duct stove is advantageous with
Pressurized gas operated that: for example a
Compressed gas generator comes from and its
Quantities are fully controllable. One more
Ending regulation will eventually, as a result
reached, d'ass between the gas generator and the
different zones of the furnace
small fans are turned on, the one
very precise adjustment of the gas flow
the individual parts of the firing channel
lichen.
, With these means both the flame
design as well as the entire burner
run in a perfect manner.
D'i'e flame length can be regulated arbitrarily, and
the width of the duct oven can be much larger
be than before.
Thanks to the planned regulation of
Gas outflow openings are wider
in the hariid ', that of the arriving cremation
gas nozzle located next to the air supply with short
zero flame and then advancing
with the flame getting longer and longer
burn.

There are four in the example shown

hen air ducts one above the other on each side
arranged. The gas nozzles f are always closed

are indicated by dashed lines.
. @ is located behind the gas nozzles
a viewing, cleaning and control opening,
which is closed with a stopper. Will
removed, you can use any
bigen link, the connecting stones that are attached to
the air ducts, back and forth
push and thereby allow air or
keep away.
In operation, it is usually the case that the
front part 'advance the sealing blocks
so that only those in the oven and
air flowing in this way is used for combustion.
: But towards the back, more and more
Stones pulled and gradually all nozzles
provided with preheated fresh air. In the-
after all, the air supply remains with the
upper rows of nozzles behind the lower
back.
