Abstract

A self-supporting container for accommodating a baby in a motor vehicle transversely to the direction of travel is described, in which the danger of injury in collisions can be reduced as much as possible. In Fig. 1 ist ein als Ganzes mit 1 bezeichneter Schlupfsack ersichtlich, der im wesentlichen die übliche Schlupfsackform aufweist, also ein eigentliches Sackteil 2 und eine Kapuze 3 enthält. Das Sackteil 2 besteht aus einem wattierten oder in anderer Weise wärme- und/oder stoßstämmend ausgebildeten Material und ist bis auf eine, zweckmäßigerweise durch einen Reißverschluß 4 vergrößerbare, Einschlüpföffnung 5 geschlossen, so daß ein Innenraum 6 (Fig. 2) zur Aufnahme des Kleinstkindes mit einer Liegefläche 6 a gebildet wird, wobei sich die Liegefläche 6 a über das Sackteil 2 und die Kapuze 3 erstreckt. Die Taschen 7 a und 7 b erstrecken sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Länge des Innenraums 6 im Sackteil 2 und seitlich der Kapuze 3 und weisen eine nicht dargestellte, beispielsweise durch Klettverschlüsse oder einen Reißverschluß verschließbare Öffnungen auf, durch die jeweils eine Einlage 9 a und 9 b auswechselbar in das Innere der Tasche 7 a und 7 b eingeschoben werden kann. Die Einlagen 9 sind bevorzugt aus einem verdichteten Polystyrol gefertigt, das sich für den vorliegenden Verwendungszweck als besonders geeignet erwiesen hat, da es ausreichend stoßaufnahmefähig und andererseits nicht so hart ist, daß es eine zusätzliche Verletzungsgefahr darstellen würde. Zum Schutz vor Beschädigungen, insbesondere dann, wenn das Kleinstkind zusammen mit dem Schlupfsack 1 aufgenommen wird, ist an der dem Innenraum 6 abgewandten Seite der Einlagen 9 a und 9 b zumindest im Bereich des Sackteils 2 eine Beschädigungsschutzplatte 10 a und 10 b angeordnet, deren Abmessungen auf die Einlagen 9 b abgestimmt sind. Die Beschädigungsschutzplatte besteht aus dicker Pappe oder Sperrholz. Im Bereich der Kapuze 3 sollte die Liegefläche 6 a an die Breite des Kinderköpfchens angepaßt werden, die mit etwa 10 bis 15 cm angegeben werden kann. Die Breite der Einlagen 9 errechnet sich somit aus der Differenz zwischen den im wesentlichen genormten Breiten der normalerweise verwendeten Behältnisse oder Kinderwagenwannen und den oben erwähnten rechnerischen Mittelwerten der Kleinstkindmaße. Bei Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Einlagen in einem Schlupfsack 1 hat es sich als zweckmäßig erwiesen, daß durch die Einlagen 9 die Breite des Innenraumes 6 des Sackteils 2 selbst auf das rechnerische Mittel der Rumpfbreite begrenzt wird. Dadurch kann erreicht werden, daß das Kleinstkind vom Sackteil 2 allseitig fest umschlossen ist, so daß auch eine gute Unterstützung von oben erreicht werden kann. Fig. 3 zeigt die Verwendung des erfindungsgemäßen Schlupfsackes in einer abnehmbaren Wanne 11 eines Kinderwagens. Die Wanne 11 weist einen Boden 12 und Seitenwände 13 auf, die aus Pappe bestehen. Diese Seitenwände 13 aus Pappe sind einerseits ausreichend stabil im Normalbetrieb und andererseits nachgiebig genug, um bei Auffahrunfällen einen Großteil der kinetischen Energie zu schlucken. Falls die Seitenwände 13 beschädigt werden sollten, so bilden sich dadurch doch keine scharfkantigen, hervorstehenden Teile, die ein zusätzliches Verletzungsrisiko darstellen könnten. In Fig. 3 ist außerdem zu sehen, wie der erfindungsgemäße Schlupfsack 1 im Inneren der Wanne 11 auf einer handelsüblichen Matratze 14 angeordnet ist. Durch den Körper des Kleinstkindes ist der Innenraum 6 leicht gewölbt. Die Einlagen 9 a und 9 b füllen damit den Zwischenraum zwischen dem Körper des Kleinstkindes im Innenraum 6 und den Seitenwänden 13 der Wanne 11 im wesentlichen vollständig aus, so daß das Kleinstkind eine feste Lage erhält. In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel erstrecken sich die Einlagen 9 a und 9 b nur bis etwas über den Beckenbereich des Kleinstkindes, so daß das Kind ungehindert strampeln kann. Wie deutlicher in Fig. 5 ersichtlich, sind die Einlagen 9 a und 9 b in Taschen 7 a und 7 b aufgenommen, die aus einem aus hygienischen Gründen leicht zu reinigenden Überzugsstoff bestehen. Die Taschen 7 a und 7 b sind mittels eines Reißverschlusses 15, der zweckmäßigerweise auch das Herausnehmen der einlagen erlaubt, am Bezugsstoff einer Trageplatte 16 lösbar befestigt. Die Trageplatte 16 kann als gesondertes, an die Umrißform des Innenraums der Wanne 11 angepaßtes Bauteil ausgebildet sein. Als Trageplatte 16 kann jedoch auch der Boden 12 der Wanne 11 verwendet werden. Im Schulterbereich des Kleinstkindes oder an einer anderen geeigneten Stelle ist ein Bindegurt 17 vorgesehen, der unter der Trageplatte 16 bzw. unter dem Boden 12 durch nicht gezeichnete Schlitze hindurchgeführt wird und dessen Enden nach oben vorstehen. Die Enden des Bindegurtes 17 sind zweckmäßigerweise mit bekannten Gurtverschlüssen ausgestattet, so daß das Kleinstkind auch von oben gegen ein Herausschleudern beim Überschlagen eines Kraftfahrzeuges abgestützt werden kann.In Figs. 4 and 5, another embodiment of the invention is seen, in which deposits a 9 b disposed directly in the tub 11 and 9. Die anhand der einzelnen Figuren beschriebenen Einzelheiten können ohne weiteres untereinander ausgetauscht werden. So ist es durchaus möglich, auch den Schlupfsack mit einer sich nicht über seine gesamte Länge erstreckenden Einlage zu versehen, so daß das Kleinstkind auch im Schlupfsack ohne Beschränkung strampeln kann. Die Einlagen können aus einem anderen stoßaufnehmenden Material gefertigt werden. Die Beschädigungsschutzplatten sind nicht unbedingt erforderlich. Auch ist es durchaus möglich, die Erfindung auch bei abweichend konstruierten Wannen oder wannenartigen Behältnissen einzusetzen.The invention is not based on the described and drawn embodiment limited. 13. A container according to claim 12, characterized in that the insert ( 9 ) is detachably connected to the support plate ( 16 ).

14. Container according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the insert ( 9 ) is arranged in a slip bag ( 1 ) for the lateral limitation of its interior ( 6 ).
