Diese Bogen mit der noch pastösen Lackschicht laufen in den Kalander 1 ein und gelangen mit obenliegender Lackschicht zwi schen die Hochdruckwalze 9 und die Gegendruckwalze 10. Die Hoch druckwalze 9 ist mit einer in Form von Kühlschlangen angedeuteten Kühlvorrichtung 11 versehen. Durch diese gekühlte Oberfläche der Hochdruckwalze 9 erfolgt mit dem Glätten der pastösen Lack schicht auf den Bogen auch eine oberflächliche Aushärtung des Lacks.
