Der am hinteren Ende mit einer Zahnstange e verbundene Kolben d wird unter Vermittlung einer Zwischenwelle f von zwei auf einer Scheibe g. gleichachsig angeordneten Zahnsegmenten h, i abwechselnd angetrieben und in hin und her gehende Bewegung versetzt. Die beiden sich aneinander anschließenden Zahnsegmente, von denen das eine (h) eine Innenverzahnung aufweist, während das andere (i) mit Außenverzahnung versehen ist, sind so groß gewählt, daß die beiden .einander gleich großen Vermittlungszahnräder k, l auf der Zwischenwelle f bei einer Umdrehung der Scheibe g sich zweimal drehen. Dadurch wird erreicht, daß vermittels der Zahnstange e der Kolben d in der gleichen Zeit die ganze Länge d'er Rinne c hin und zurückd'urchläuft. Im Innern des Kolbens d ist ein Hilfskolben m parallel verschiebbar gelagert, an dessen hinterem Ende ein zweiarmiger Hebel ii mit einem Längsschlitz iil angreift.
