Hanseatische Apparatebau-Gesellschaft vorm.L von Bremen & Co.m.b.H. in Kiel. Verfahren für die Entnahme aus Preßgasbehältern. Patentiert im Deutschen Reiche vom 23. Dezember 1919 ab.Hanseatische Apparatebau-Gesellschaft vorm. L von Bremen & Co.m.b.H. in Kiel. Procedure for extraction from compressed gas containers. Patented in the German Empire on December 23, 1919.
Dieses Erfordernis besteht beispielsweise für Apparate in chemischen Laboratorien, für Rettungs- und Wiederbelebungsgeräte, die mitThe invention relates to a method by means of which from compressed gas containers independently of the pressure prevailing in these containers at any desired time a certain, the gas quantity corresponding to the intended use can be supplied from a certain reduced pressure to a point of consumption. This requirement exists, for example, for apparatus in chemical laboratories for Rescue and resuscitation equipment that comes with
Compressed gases, such as oxygen or air, are operated. The invention has proven to be particularly suitable by virtue of their simplicity and lightness; Proven usability for resuscitation of newborns.
■To the? The method on which the present invention is based is already known that the compressed gas automatically via its inflow! controlling pressure reducing valve through an Aus j ίο the solvent is first let into a measuring room. This has at the invention i - objects one for the respective use intended content. The novelty of the i procedure lies in the fact that with regard to j its handling useful as a push button; trained trigger organ the measuring room j during the time in which this with the! Compressed gas container is connected to the outside j completes and then the gas j contained in it only after completion of the connection with the i Compressed gas container releases. ■
Eine zur Durchführung des angegebenen | Verfahrens dienende Vorrichtung, wie sie zur Belebung Neugeborener verwendet werden kann, ist als beispielsweise Ausführungsform in der \ Zeichnung dargestellt. iOne to perform the specified | Process device serving as may be used to stimulate newborns is shown as exemplary embodiment in the \ drawing. i
The oxygen contained in the compressed gas cylinder F flows through the valve seat of the pressure reducing valve V until a pressure corresponding to the tension of the spring G is present under the bending plate M , which pressure can be regulated by means of the adjusting screw E. If this pressure is reached, the cone C of the membrane M is displaced and closes the valve plug S from the Preßgaszustrom. The space below the bending plate M located the pressure reducing valve is connected by the overflow valve XJ with "the measurement space R. In the opposite wall of this space, the outlet valve A and the outlet nozzle are D. The closing body of the outlet and the overflow valve are attached to the spindle T , which is held in the drawn end position by the spring O and the end of which bears the head /. In this position the outlet valve is open and the overflow valve is closed. If you press the button /, the outlet valve is closed and the overflow valve is opened the pressure reducing valve V responds and fills the measuring space with oxygen at the pressure suitable for consumption, as is automatically set in the aforementioned manner by the bending plate JIi "of the pressure reducing valve. If the button is allowed to jump back into the previous position, an amount of oxygen corresponding to the contents and the excess pressure of the measuring space flows out of the outlet nozzle D and can be supplied through the tube K to the respiratory organs of the newborn. Is z. For example, if the content of the measuring space is 100 cm 3 and the pressure is 1 atm., 100 cm 3 will flow out with each game. By adjusting the nozzle screw Z , the cross section of the nozzle D can be changed and the duration of the outflow can be regulated as required.
