Verfahren zur Herstellung wohlschmeckender Jodmalzpräparate. Man hat bereits versucht, den therapeutischen Wert des Malzextraktes dadurch zu erhöhen, daß man .den fertigen Extrakt allerhand Zusätze zufügte, wie Glyzerophosphate, Kalksalze, Lebertran, Chininsalze und andere mehr.
