Description
Process for the manufacture of central radiators. The penitents Radiators, known as radiators, have various disadvantages; absorb them a lot of heat due to the strong walls, are disproportionately heavy, break easily and the like. In order to remedy these inconveniences, radiators made of tubes have been welded together. The manufacture of these radiators is very cumbersome because the ends of the Pipes pressed to a special shape @ and then adapted together or to a longitudinal pipe Need to become. There is also waste from pipe cuttings. The object The radiator forming the invention also consists of tubes. But there are these tubes are mitred so that there is little or no waste results, the composition is simple, and the finished body a beautiful den cast radiators have a similar reputation. When making the miter cut Inexperienced workers can use what the Fabrication of the known radiators from pipes is not the case.
In the drawing, the radiator in Fig. I is seen from the side and shown in Fig. 2 in front view.
Various tubes can be used to manufacture the radiator Find forms use, so that you can z. B. also the present in aircraft factories Can process material that is otherwise not used. The value in the Manufacture of the radiator is here in that the tubes a mitered below 4.5 ° are cut so that the interfaces b, at right angles to each other brought together, fit together exactly and can be combined into a framework that corresponds to the shape of the radiator parts. The tube parts are connected by welding. At the top and bottom, a tube c and d connected in a known manner, after which a corresponding cutout in the frame is appropriate.
