Abstract
Description
Alarmvorrichtung gegen KraftstoffdiebstahlFuel theft alarm device
aus einem Kraftfahrzeugtank Die Erfindung betrifft eine Alarmvorrichtung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1. from a motor vehicle tank The invention relates to an alarm device according to the preamble of claim 1.
It is known to prevent fuel theft from a motor vehicle tank to make it more difficult that either the fuel filler cap can be locked or the fuel filler flap is included in the central locking.
It is also known (DE-OS 26 40 925), one on the tank flap To attach reed contact, which opens when the tank flap is opened by unauthorized persons is activated and an alarm device, for example the vehicle horn. not Unauthorized manipulation of this alarm device is to be excluded; also is their installation is relatively complex.
The invention is based on the object of an alarm device create which special electrical devices on the tank cap or tank cap not mandatory power. However, that includes additional mechanical The fuses on the fuel filler cap or fuel cap do not open.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1 solved. So it is already in the vehicle tank to display the Tank contents of the existing immersion tube sensor included in the alarm device, a component that is, which is housed protected from manipulation. This inclusion the immersion tube sensor is only activated when the alarm device is activated (armed), so in the parked, secured state of the vehicle, so that voltage changes have no influence while driving. Voltage changes also have none Influence caused by vibrations when the vehicle is parked and secured of the vehicle are caused, for example by manual or by the The air pressure of passing vehicles causes the vehicle to rock, as the Vehicle here and thus also the float body of the immersion tube sensor alternating vibrations executes, according to the features of claim 3, however, changing voltage changes are not evaluated to generate a signal, only changes in voltage same direction as when unauthorized draining or sucking off the fuel occur, as this increases the resistance of the immersion tube sensor and thus also the Voltage changes in one direction only.
The alarm device in the tank system, which does not require any additional effort can thus according to the features of claim 4 in an ideal manner in itself well-known EDW system are included and their already existing alarm device with benefit.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and is described in more detail below.
In a motor vehicle tank, not shown in detail, is a dip tube sensor 1 known design installed, which essentially consists of an adjustable electrical resistance 2 with a depending on the level of the tank contents there is adjustable resistance tap 3 by a float body, so that the Resistance acts as a whole as a voltage divider. The one lying on the resistance tap 3 On the one hand, voltage is applied to a tank content display instrument 4 in a known manner and on the other hand a switching element 5 is supplied. The switching element 5, which component a per se known EDW system 6 for securing further closures and facilities of the vehicle can be activated by a switch 7 located in the vehicle, that is, the switching member 5 of the alarm device by closing the switch 7 is "armed", that is, when the tank is in the parked state of the vehicle should be backed up. When the switch 7 is closed, the input 8 of the Switching element 5 applied voltage also to a differentiating element 9 with an operational amplifier fed. Unauthorized removal of fuel from the tank changes due to of the falling fill level, the resistance value and thus also the one at the resistance tap 3 and the voltage applied to input 8, which voltage change based on a evaluated predetermined time unit in the differentiating element 9 and then by this a corresponding output signal 10 is formed. This signal 10 could now can be used directly to activate a timing relay 11 whose relay contact 12 closes the circuit of the alarm device 13, whereby the alarm is triggered. However, this signal 10 is used to set the sensitivity of the alarm device advantageously first fed to a known comparator 14, in which it is compared with an adjustable threshold and only when exceeded the same from the comparator 14 the timing relay 11 and thus the alarm device 13 is activated. Due to the adjustability of the sensitivity, on the one hand external Influences and on the other hand counteracted all situations of fuel theft will.
If the fuel is removed until the float of the Immersion tube sensor 1 also the switch 15 for the fuel control lamp 16 is closed is, the voltage pulse that occurs when the lamp 16 is switched on can also can still be fed to the comparator 14 via the line 17, from which then the timing relay 11 is activated again.
