Abstract
Description
Kennwort: "Stutzenelement"Password: "nozzle element"
Waste paper disintegrating and sorting apparatus The invention relates to a Waste paper disintegrating and sorting apparatus according to the preamble of the claim 1. Such an apparatus has become known from DE-A 30 ÜS 518th in this Apparatus, a spiral inlet nozzle is provided, which is the discharge nozzle for a fraction of the apparatus enriched with light dirt circulates spirally. As a result, the further, frontal feeding of a further substance fraction is on the end face on which the said nozzles are located, practically impossible made. In the usual way, there is also a heavy dirt fraction at the periphery of the apparatus and an accepted fraction drawn off behind a sieve.
2. Eine bevorzugte Weiterbilduny ist in Anspruch 3 angeyeoen.According to the invention, there is the task of the To design the nozzle in such a way that the supply of a further fraction, in particular a heavy dirt fraction becomes possible. This object is achieved according to the invention solved in an apparatus of the type mentioned by the characterizing features of claim 1 or 2. A preferred further training is in claim 3 angeyeoen.
The invention is illustrated below with the aid of two exemplary embodiments explained. Fiy. 1 the front of the apparatus with the various there any closed neck and Fiy. 2 schematically shows another embodiment of the Apparatus in cross section.
In Fiy. 2 are the same parts as in the apparatus according to Fiy. 1 each with the same index, but with a cistrich.
20 (Fig. 2) beträgt etwa das 1,2- bis 2-fache des Innendurchmessers des Eintrittsstutzens 11.So our apparatus is essentially designed in the shape of a circular cylinder, and has on one side a sieve 4 'perpendicular to the axis 10, in front of which a rotor consisting essentially of a spider supported by a shaft 3 'rotates. The sieve separates a space from the rest of the container space from which Gut is withdrawn through a nozzle 2 '. The rotor generates in the apparatus a vortex flow whose axis coincides with the rotational symmetry axis 10 of the apparatus coincides. On the peripheral wall of the apparatus is via an opening 5 a Heavy dirt fraction deducted. Geyen above the sieve are located on the farther one Front side the different nozzles. One of the nozzles is 11 or 11 ' for the fiber suspension fed to the apparatus and an outlet connection for contaminants enriched fiber suspension with 12 and 12 'respectively. In the case of Fig. 1, the fraction enriched with heavy dirt is returned to the apparatus via nozzle 13 fed. The connector 13 initially opens into the connector 11, but settles in a single chamber 16 with an outlet opening 17 in the area the inlet opening of the nozzle 12 opens with opening 17. This opening 17 is located in a conical baffle 15, which extends from the nozzle 11 in the apparatus incoming fiber suspension deflects radially outward. This makes it possible without Disturbance of the flow conditions in the apparatus, the fiber suspension with low To introduce pressure losses in the same. In particular, this results in the deposition the interfering substances of light and heavy type via lines 12 and 13 are not hindered. With the parts that are not numbered, the direction of flow can be changed. Of the The angle of inclination of the guide surface 15 relative to the axis 10 is approximately 30 to 600. The outer diameter of the guide plate 15 or 20 (Fig. 2) is about 1.2- up to 2 times the inner diameter of the inlet nozzle 11.
The diameter of the connection 13 and 12 are approximately 0.2 to 0.6 times of the inlet connection 11. The diameter of this connection 11 is in turn at most 0.25 times the total diameter of the apparatus.
In the figures, the connection piece 11 is straight, while the connection piece 12 and 12 'is each designed as a pipe bend. The arrangement could, however also be hit the other way round.
Due to the arrangement described, it is particularly possible to next the removal of a fraction enriched with contamination also includes the supply in particular allow the heavy dirt fraction via nozzle 13, then this fraction with the remaining fraction enriched with heavy dirt via nozzle 12 from the Apparatus 1 is withdrawn.
In FIG. 2, the variant is shown in which the connecting piece 18 the fraction enriched with light dirt and withdrawn via opening 5 after intermediate cleaning, e.g. by means of a hydrocyclone, such as is added to the inlet port 11 ', after which through the mouth 19 of the same again with the newly supplied fiber suspension enters the apparatus 1 '. The return of this fraction, which has been purified in the meantime, is made possible in a known manner, a good removal of heavy dirt from the process llei the variant according to FIG. 1 is in particular a post-cleaning with regard to this heavy contamination in a separate, downstream apparatus or device necessary. In this regard, however, reference is made to the parallel application 6 83 36 133.2 pointed out where a simple solution to the problem is shown. With the inventions paintings Solution, despite good dirt separation, a significant increase in the total is obtained Throughput of the apparatus 1. It can be up to 40.0 improvement.
