Verteilnetz für die gleichzeitige Übertragung von Breitband- und Schmalbanddiensten über Lichtleitfasern, wobei für die Breitbanddienste ein Baumnetz und für die Schmalbanddienste ein Sternnetz vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Schmalbanddienste je eine billige Lichtleitfaser pro Teilnehmer mit geringer Qualität vorgesehen ist, daß für die Breitbanddienste eine qualitativ hochwertige Lichtleitfaser für u Teilnehmer vorgem sehen ist, wobei u = Teilnehmerzahl und m = Anzahl der Verzweigungskabel ist, und daß das Sternnetz und das Baumnetz gemeinsam in einem Kabel untergebracht und damit von der Speisestele bis zum Teilnehmeranschluß oder nur bis zum Kabelverzweiger parallel verlegt sind.Claims 1.
