Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Sicherheitseinsteckschlösser mit Riegel- und Fallenverschluß, bei welchen die Falle mittels Winkelhebels und einer am Riegel gelagerten, vom Schlüssel bewegbaren Platte zurückgezogen werden kann. Gegenüber Bekanntem besteht das Neue der Erfindung darin, daß die genannte Platte bei den Riegelbewegungen zwar hin und her mitgenommen wird, aber nicht gleitet, demnach der Druckübertragung allein dient, wodurch im Gegensatz zu bekannten Schlössern infolge Eckens oder Klemmens bedingte Hindernisse vermieden werden.
