Description

Die bekannten Pvrophor-Feuerzeuge, sei es mit Reibrad, sei es mit Streicher, zeigen alle den Nachteil, daß das Benzin o. dgl., welches den Docht speist, allzu leicht verdampft und schon in kurzer Zeit eine Erneuerung der Füllung nötig ist, zu welchem Zweck eine besondere durch eine Kappe, Schraube o. dg1. verschlossene Füllöffnung vorgesehen wird. Die. Erneuerung muß um so öfter erfolgen, je undichter der Verschluß dieser Öffnung oder anderer Öffnungen der Benzinkammer ist. Man hat zwar schon vorgeschlagen, die Benzinkammer und einen besonderen Benzinvorratsbehälter durch ein Ventil, . welches zeitweise geöffnet werden kann und dann den Eintritt von Benzin in den Dochtraum gestattet, zu verbinden.
