Apparat zum Ziehen und Anschlagen von Strichen. Bekannt sind bereits
Schlagschnurapparate zum Färben der Schnur, welche auch als Senklote verwendet werden
können. Diese Apparate besitzen aber den Nachteil, daß die Schnur nur nach einer
Seite hin durchgezogen werden kann. Außerdem besitzen diese meist eine trichterförmige
Mündung, welche zur Aufnahme des Filzes dient, der die überschüssige Farbe abstreicht
und ein Herausfallen der Farbe aus dein Behälter verhütet. In dieser Mündung klemmt
sich jedoch die Schnur beim Herausziehen, besonders wenn sie durch den Gebrauch
feucht geworden und gequollen ist, fest und wird nun leicht zerrissen. Diese Übelstände
zu beseitigen, ist der Zweck der vorliegenden Erfindung, bei welcher die Schnur
nicht allein nach beiden Seiten durchgezogen werden kann, sondern die auch so ausgebildet
ist, daß ein Festklemmen und somit ein Zerreißen der Schnur ausgeschlossen ist.Apparatus for drawing and striking lines. Are already known

In der Zeichnung ist der Apparat dargestellt; es zeigt Fig. i eine
Ansicht, -Fig. a einen Längsschnitt, Fig. 3 einen Grundriß, und Fig. .4 das abschraubbare
Senklot im Grundriß. Auf den Zylinder i ist das Lot 2 aufgeschraubt, welches im
Innern ein eingeschraubtes Einsatzsttick 3 trägt, in das eine kleine Drehscheibe
a eingefügt ist. Der Einsatz 3 ist zweckmäßig mit einem Vierkant versehen und wird
so tief eingeschraubt, daß - letzterer mit der inneren Gewindebohrung des Lotes
2 abschneidet. Die Schnur 6 ist durch die Drehscheibe gesteckt und oben in ihr befestigt
und führt durch die Bohrung 5 des Einsatzes 3. Die Drehscheibe hat den Zweck, beim
Auf- und Abschrauben des Lotes ein Beschädigen und Auflösen der Schnur zu verhindern.
In den oberen Teil des Zylinders = ist eine Kappe 7 eingeschraubt, in welche eine
Roßhaarbürste 9 mit nach innen gerichteten Borsten eingesetzt ist, deren Rücken
aus Blei öder sonstigem, leicht biegsamem Metall besteht und durch den vorspringenden
Rand 8 der Kappe gehalten wird. Die Kappe 7 besitzt eine kleine Bohrung io zum Hindurchführen
der Schnur. Am unteren Ende des Zylinders ist eine ebensolche Kappe ii eingeschraubt,
welche gleichfalls mit einer Rößhaarbürste i2 versehen ist und eine Bohrung
13 für die Schnur 6 enthält. Die Roßhaarbürsteri bieten den Vorteil, daß
sie Witterungseinflüssen nicht so unterworfen sind wie Filz u. dgl., und daher auch
ständig die überschüssige Farbe von der Schnur abstreichen und ein Herausfallen
von Farbe aus dem Zylinder verhindern. Kleine Löch6r in dem Boden der Kappen ermöglichen
ein Einschrauben derselben in den Zylinder mittels passenden Schlüssels. Der Raum
16 zwischen diesen beiden Kappen wird mit geeigneter Farbe angefüllt. Ein vorspringender
Rand 14 an dem Zylinder i verhindert ein Abgleiten der um diesen gewickelten Schnur.
In dem Rand 14 ist ein Einschnitt 15 angebracht, durch welchen die Schnur gelegt
wird. Soll ein Strich oder eine Linie gezogen werden, so wird zunächst die
Schnur abgewickelt, nunmehr das Lot 2 abgeschraubt und die Schnur durch die Bürstenpaare
gezogen, wodurch sie zum Anschlagen von mehreren Strichen gebrauchsfertig wird.
Durch Hin- und Herziehen der Schnur in dem Zylinder bzw. Verschieben
des
Zylinders auf der Schnur wird diese ständig für den Gebrauch angefärbt. Nach denn
Gebrauch wird die Schnur am Ringe 17 wieder durch -den Zylinder gezogen,
das Lot aufgeschraubt und die Schnur um den Zylinder ge-,vickelt. Zweckmäßig wird
um den Zylinder über die Schnur noch eine Hülse geschoben, welche ein Beschmutzen
