Description
-Verfahren zur Herstellung von graphischen Druckplatten. Bei der Herstellung von graphischen Druckplatten im Durchlichtungswege ist man bisher so vorgegangen, daß man gemäß dem Klimsch--Tellkampschen Verfahren die belichtete Platte mit Wasser entwickelt und dann getrocknet hat, worauf die einkopierten Linien durch Ausreiben mit Bimsteinmehl metallisch blank und damit aufnahmefähig für Fettfarben gemacht wurden, oder aber es wurde nach dem allgemein üblichen Verfahren die belichtete Platte mit Essigsäure und Glyzerin entwickelt und dann mit Essigsäure und Spiritus entsäuert, wodurch, die Aufnahmefähigkeit der nichtbelichteten Teile der Platte erreicht wurde. Diese bekannten Verfahren haben erhebliche Nachteile, die bei dem zuerst genannten, in der verhältnismäßig langen Arbeitsdauer und darin bestehen, daß durch Zerstörung des Schutzgrundes beim Reiben die Schärfe der Konturen leidet, während das zu zweit genannte Verfahren außerordentlich gesundheitsschädlich durch Einatmen der Essigsäuredämpfe auf den Arbeiter wirkt. - Process for the production of graphic printing plates. Hiebei kann beispielsweise folgendermaßen verfahren werden. Eine gut geschliffene Platte aus Zink oder einem gleichwertigen 1Tel all wird mit einer Gurnmichromatschicht überzogen, getrocknet und, mit der Zeichnung oder dem zu vervielfältigenden Schriftstück bedeckt, dem Licht ausgesetzt. Nachdem die Platte genügend belichtet ist, wird sie mit einer Glyzerin-Alaun-Lösung entwickelt, bis die Linien weiß im gelben Grunde erscheinen. -Hierauf wird die Lösung von der Platte entfernt und diese mit einer Alaun-Spiritus-Lösung entsäuert, worauf die nichtbelichteten Teile für die Farbe aufnahmefähig sind.The purpose of the invention is now to provide a remedy for this, this is done by using the normally prepared and exposed plate developed with a glycerine-alum solution and then with an alum-alcohol solution deacidified wild.
