Abstract
Bei einer Holzbearbeitungsmaschine wird der Antriebsmotor (1) für das Werkzeug bei Annäherung des Werkstücks an das Werkzeug auf eine Nennlaststufe geschaltet; nach Beendigung des Bearbeitungsvorgangs wird der Antriebsmotor (1) auf eine angenähert die Leerlaufdrehzahl haltende Leerlaufstufe geschaltet. In einem Ausführungsbeispiel mit einem Drehstrom-Asynchronmotor als Antriebsmotor (1) ist in der Leerlaufstufe jede Hauptwicklung (2) im Ständer des Antriebsmotors (1) mit einer Nebenwicklung (8) in Reihe geschaltet. In der Nennlaststufe während des Bearbeitungsvorgangs sind nur die Hauptwicklungen (2) eingeschaltet.
