Description
The invention relates to a feeding device with a plurality of filter elements, which flow through from the inside to the outside during the filtration, which are cleaned by backwashing and border on the unclean side of a slurry inlet chamber and on the clean side of a filtrate outlet chamber, with at least two cylindrical filter elements (1, V), which are side by side are arranged in parallel between an upper perforated plate (23) and a lower base plate (6), each filter element (1, V) having a spring-loaded poppet valve (4 ) is provided, furthermore with at least one drain valve which is closed during the filtration and open during the backwashing.
In such filter apparatus, the individual filter elements clog after a certain filtration time, see above that they have to be cleaned in certain periods of time. This can lead to interruptions in the filtration process.
Filterbetrieb arbeiten oder einer im Filterbetrieb und der andere im Rückspülbetrieb.DE-OS 31 38 184 proposes a filter apparatus with several filter elements, the control for backwashing the filter elements being carried out by means of a piston-cylinder arrangement with two poppet valves in each case.
From DE-AS 27 57 447 a backwashable filter device is known, which consists of only two superimposed filter areas that work by means of a manually operated control piston either in the filter mode or one in the filter mode and the other in the backwash mode.
In the filter device known from DE-AS 10 59 884, the control is carried out by a complex Control engine.
The object of the invention is to provide a filter apparatus for small amounts of filtration, with a simpler one Way, the filter elements can be individually backwashed independently of each other to remove the sludge residues in the filter elements to remove, while maintaining a simultaneous filtration operation. Further it should be possible to install this filter in existing pipelines due to the small installation dimensions.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß jedes Filterelement ein Ablaßventil aufweist und das Tellerventil nur durch öffnen des Ablaßventils aufgrund der hierdurch entstehenden Druckdifferenz selbsttätig öffnet, während es nach Schließen des Ablaßventils mit Hufe der Feder wieder öffnetThis object is achieved according to the invention in that each filter element has a drain valve and the poppet valve only by opening the drain valve due to the resulting pressure difference opens automatically, while it opens again after closing the drain valve with the hoof of the spring
With the present filter, the filtration takes place through the filter elements from the inside to the outside when the filter is open Poppet valve and closed drain valve. The slurry arrives from the slurry entry chamber through the filter elements into the filtrate outlet chamber. The cleaning can take place at fixed time intervals as well as after reaching a certain differential pressure between the pulp inlet chamber and the filtrate outlet chamber. This is done by opening the drain valve in the appropriate Filter element creates a negative pressure which closes the poppet valve. That in the filtrate outlet chamber Pressurized medium is pressed from the outside to the inside by the filter element to be cleaned and thereby takes the sludge particles adhering to the inner wall of the filter element through the ducts in the base plate with the outside.

Die Funktionsweise des Filterapparates geschieht folgendermaßen: The filter apparatus works as follows:
In this filter apparatus, the filtration takes place through the filter elements 1, Γ from the inside to the outside. While the filtration operation, the drain valve 9 is closed sen. The cleaning takes place by means of a pressure difference or predetermined time intervals. If the signal »cleaning« comes, the drain valve 9 and opens A negative pressure arises in the filter element 1, which the divider valve located in the upper part of the filter element 1 4 closes. The pressurized medium in the filtration outlet chamber 5 is now pressed by the filter element 1 from the outside to the inside, this takes place on the inner wall of the filter element 1 with adhering sludge particles and rinses them <r> through the open drain valve 9 to the outside. If the cleaning, the duration of which has been specified in advance, has ended, so the drain valve 9 closes and in the filter element I a pressure builds up again, which is now the The poppet valve 4 in the upper part of the filter element 1 opens with the aid of the compression spring 17. The filtration starts from New. The filtration operation in this filter apparatus takes place under pressure. It can get into this filter apparatus at least three filter elements are installed, with the cleaning being carried out continuously d. H. the Filtration operation does not have to be interrupted.
