Toilet flushing device, in which the lower compartment of a two-part
Rinsing container is in communication with the downpipe through a suction lifter. Present
The invention relates to a toilet flushing device, in which the lower compartment of a
two-part. Rinsing container: connected to the downpipe by a suction lover
is. The essence of the invention is that the bottom valve of the upper compartment
opened by hand and then through the intermediary of a swimmer when climbing this
Water in the lower container is kept open until the lower compartment is sufficient
.Filled, whereupon the bottom valve is closed after flushing by the lifter
re-closes.

Fallrohr.
des inneren Behälters i.
Fig.2) erreicht hat; tritt
i zurückgeführt. In the accompanying drawing is an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention
shown, namely Fig. i shows the device in a vertical section

Downpipe. -The container i is in an outer container that partially surrounds it
2 and provided with a tightly closing cover 3. In the bottom 4 of the
Container i is an opening 5, which closed by a conical valve 6
can be, which by means of a spindle 7 in the lower end of a feed pipe
8 is performed. The inlet pipe 8 is inserted airtight into the lid 3 of the container i,
is in connection with the supply line 9 and extends almost to the ground
of the inner container i. In an approach 13 of the container bottom is at 12 a two-armed
Lever io stored, which carries a float i i at one end and at which
the other end 14 is articulated with a rod 15, the outer end of which
occurs through an opening of the lever 16 rotatably mounted at 17. This lever can
be moved downwards by hand by means of a chain i9 and usually rests on it
a collar 20 of the rod 15. In the outer container 2, a lifting tube 21 is more common
Type arranged, which .with the: F.allrolir is in connection. The mode of action
is as follows: The water flows through the inner container i from the water pipe
the tubes 9 and 8 to and rises to a certain height, with the air in
compressing the top of the container; the valve 6 is closed here.
In the outer container 2 there is usually no appreciable amount of water.
In order to initiate the flushing, the lever 16 is moved downwards by means of the chain
and thereby by means of the lever i o the valve 6 of. lifted the seat 5 so that
Water from the inner container at a considerable rate in the outer one
Container emerges. The im
outer container holds rising water
by means of the float i z the valve 6 `in the raised position. Once the
The water level in the outer container has reached a certain height (see Fig.2); occurs
it. through the siphon tube 2i. As a result, the float i i and the valve sink
6 closes under the influence of its own weight, whereupon the inner
Container i is refilled. When the water level in the outer container drops
the rod 15 and the lever 16 are automatically in the normal position according to Fig.
