Description
Thread guide for textile machines and weaving equipment. The object the invention is a thread guide for textile machines and weaving devices, which is equipped with a rotatable eye (Maillon). Figs. Z to d. show the Thread guide in two embodiments.
The thread guide consists of two parts, the frame b, which consists of any metal can be made. The frame shape can be circular or oblong be. The eye a, also called Maillon, has the shape of a circular, perforated Plate made of the hardest possible material, steel, glass, porcelain and the like. By the thread runs through the hole of the maillon. The mail is loosely in the frame b, see above that it has free space on each side and with every shock, which the thread guide is exposed to, and when the thread rubs against the edge of the hole changes position and turns. This means that the thread always hits the ground while working another point on the edge of the hole, so it cannot cut into it, rather it is polished the edge of the hole. As a result, the thread guide has a significantly longer shelf life. Of the The thread is protected by the always smooth llaillon, and everyone can use the maillon Knot easier because it can lead to the knot through the movement that is possible for it but the knot cannot get stuck because there are no incisions Places are available.
This thread guide protects the thread material in every way.
