Zu diesem Zwecke ist gemäß der Erfindung der zur Aufnahme der Abfälle bestimmte Behälter als Eimer mit einer besonderen Umhüllung ausgebildet und an seiner oberen Seite vollständig offen gehalten, während der Boden gitterartig gestaltet oder durchlöchert ist. Der Eimer besitzt außen entsprechend gestaltete Bügel, die oben derartig umgebogen sind, daß sie auf einem, der äußeren Umhüllung des Eimers angepaßten Ring aufliegen, wodurch der Eimer frei in der Umhüllung schwebt. Da diese äußere Umhüllung auch unten offen ist und oben an der Wandung Druchbrechungen besitzt, so wird eine ständige Luftströmung herbeigeführt, wodurch der Inhalt des Eimers wenig oder überhaupt nicht der Gefahr der Fäulnis ausgesetzt ist.
