Description

Verfahren zur Herstellung schnell trocknender Lackfarben. Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von sehr rasch trocknenden und besonders für das Spritzverfahren geeigneten Lackfarben und besteht darin, daß als Bindemittel Lösungen des bei der Reinigung der Steinkohlenteeröle mit konzentrierter Schwefelsäure in - diese übergehenden Säureharzes in flüchtigen Lösungsinitteln verwendet werden. Die Gewinnung des Säureharzes geschieht dabei in einer für die vorliegende Erfindung nicht in Betracht kommenden Weise zweckmäßig durch Zersetzung der schwefelsauren Lösung mit Wasser unter- Vermeidung jeglicher Verkohlung. Man verwendet zweckmäßig eine Lösung in Benzolkohlenwasserstoffen mit einem Harzgehalt von etwa 30 bis 50 Prozent. Ohne Zusätze trocknet diese Lösung zu einem sehr liartenLack ein, der infolge seiner Sprödigkeit leicht rissig wird. Sobald man aber Körperfarben, wie Ocker, Mennige usw., beimischt, so erhält man ein Material, das besonders beim Spritzverfahren hervorragende Ergebnisse liefert. Die Überzüge trocknen in wenigen Minuten, sind sofort steinhart und zeigen hohen Glanz. Auch bei Pinselanstrich sind die Farben für solche Fälle brauchbar, wo sehr hohe Trockengeschwindigkeit verlangt wird, so z. B. bei Anstrich von Gasmasken usw: Zur besseren Anpassung für besondere Zwecke kann man noch die üblichen Lackbestandteile zusetzen; so erzielt man durch Zusatz von Kopal besonders hohen Glanz; mit trocknenden Ölen etwas größere Geschmeidigkeit. - Die Einführung der Lösungen von Säureharzen in die Lackfarbentechnik ist demnach ein bedeutsamer Fortschritt, der in vielen Fällen importiertes 'Material verdrängen wird.Process for the production of quick-drying lacquer paints.
