Die Erfindung betrifft eine weitere Ausbildung des durch Patent 303846 geschützten Verfahrens zur abgestuften Auslösung von Fett oder Öl aus Rohstoffen, bei welchem das Rohgut in einer Anzahl von Behältern, die oben offen und mit Siebböden versehen sind, in einer allseitig geschlossenen Kammer vorwärts bewegt wird, während das Lösungsmittel in entgegengesetzter Richtung der Reihe nach durch das Gut aller Behälter in freiem Falle hindurchbefördert wird, wobei der Fettgehalt des Lösungsmittels von Behälter zu Behälter gesteigert wird.Countercurrent process for the gradual release of fat and oil from raw materials. Auf diese Weise wird gleichfalls eine abgestufte Auslösung des Fettes aus dem Rohgut erreicht und der Fettgehalt des Lösungsmittels von Behälter zu Behälter gesteigert. Das Verfahren hat aber den Vorteil, daß die zu seiner Ausführung dienende Einrichtung viel weniger Flächenraum beansprucht, daß_das Lösungsmittel nur einmal gepumpt zu werden braucht und zur Ausführung des Verfahrens viel geringere Mengen des Lösungsmittels erforderlich sind.
