Description
The invention relates to a sole for sports shoes the preamble of claim 1.
Basically, such sports shoe soles consist of one Plastic, e.g. B. polyamide, with two different hardnesses positions. The material parts of greater hardness are intended here the sole for fastening and holding the griffin elements, e.g. B. studs, required higher strength and give rigidity. The material parts also serve greater hardness to reduce the natural solever wear. The softer base material, however, has the Auf ability to provide the necessary flexibility of the sole, which is very important for the natural running process.
The endeavor exists with such sports shoe soles others in making sure that he himself required and desired flexibility of the sole only after above, but not equally to the bottom. Because flexibility of the sole is downwards, especially with soccer shoes, a hindrance, especially then, when the ball is played. The sagging down Sole can namely the shooting power and accuracy not insignificantly decrease. This also allows the Ver risk of injury, especially if the game ler - what often happens - when shooting with the tip of your foot touches the ground or steps into the ground.
Soles of the type described in the introduction are published in DE-OS 20 22 974 and the DE-GM 19 73 891 become known. In the above A sports shoe sole is disclosed in which in a material part of greater hardness than the rest of the sole material Cross grooves are machined to follow a sole deflection above, if possible not below. Here forms the element containing the transverse grooves together hanging component. By working grooves in the one-piece material part of greater hardness results in notch tension conditions that can lead to premature breakage. This danger exists in particular with the subject of DE-GM 19 73 891, which is confirmed by the explanations in DE-OS 20 22 974 becomes. The measure taken against this in DE-OS 20 22 974 take (widening of the groove base) may be for gradual Remedy, but can not fundamentally solve the problem.
The prior art remains disadvantageous DE-OS 20 22 974 and DE-GM 19 73 891 in any case the fact that through the incorporation of grooves, these inevitably become one certain width and thus the opposite (vertical) groove walls have an appropriate distance have to. Due to this, the objects of the two a deflection of the sole to a limited extent are accepted.
Based on the status of the Technology is the object of the present invention, a To design a sports shoe sole of the type described at the beginning, that a bending of the sole down more far than this for the soles according to DE-OS 20 22 974 or DE-GM 19 73 891 is possible to prevent.
According to the invention the object is characterized by the nenden part of claim 1 specified features solved.
The measure as such is sole parts of greater hardness to be designed as separate parts, directly against each other to be arranged bordering and on the back on a flexible sole to fix basic material by the CH-PS 88 539 itself known. It is, however, the (non-generic) counterpart stood after the CH-PS around a shoe sole of a general kind, and the material parts of greater hardness are made of wood educated. The well-known sole construction is hardly likely for the ge due to strong mechanical material stresses embossed sports. The specialist for sports shoes ver therefore the CH-PS 88 539 does not like any suggestions for the design a sports shoe sole according to the present invention average. Otherwise, the present inven differs not only from the generic state of the art according to DE-OS 20 22 974 and DE-GM 19 73 891, but also from the foreign state of the art according to CH-PS 88 539 by the different sizes of the material parts greater hardness, being between two larger area material share greater hardness one or more strip-shaped material parts arranged greater hardness and the larger area material parts of greater hardness to accommodate threaded bushings for gripping elements are formed. Through this practical off education of the sports shoe sole according to the invention, all Be long considered optimally. That is, it won't just be the goal a flexibility of the sole upwards with largely stony downwards, but also the requirements good stability of the athlete and one is sufficient the size and load-bearing capacity of the gripping elements Material parts taken into account.
Because the sole according to the invention is practically complete is equipped with material parts of higher hardness, results in this is the main advantage of high sole stability in Longitudinal and transverse direction.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the patent sayings 2 to 5.
Es zeigtIn the drawing, embodiments of the invention are shown provided, which are explained in more detail below. It shows
Fig. 1 eine Ausführungsform einer Fußballschuh-Sohle, in Draufsicht von unten, Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of a soccer shoe sole, in plan view from below,
Fig. 2 einen Schnitt längs der Linie II-II in Fig. 1, und Fig. 2 shows a section along the line II-II in Fig. 1, and
Fig. 3 shows the sole area as shown in FIG. 2 in the top by a curved position.
As the drawing shows, the total of 10 be marked soccer shoe sole made of a base material 11 relatively low hardness, for example a polyamide with a soft setting. In the soft base material 11 , a plurality of material parts of greater hardness are embedded, the material parts of greater hardness being extrusion-coated in the usual manner from the softer base material 11 and welded to it.
The material parts of greater hardness, which can also consist of polyamide, for example, but with a harder setting than the base material 11 , are numbered 12 to 19 .
The drawing also makes it clear that - especially in the front area of the sole - between two large-area material parts of greater hardness, for example 13 and 16 , two strip-shaped material parts of greater hardness, for example 14 and 15 , are arranged. As particularly Figs. 2 and 3 show larger-scale material parts have greater hardness 13 and 16 as well as 19 circular protrusions 20 each having a central recess 21 for receiving threaded bushings for gripping elements, for example studs (not shown).
As can furthermore be seen in particular from FIGS. 2 and 3, the material parts of greater hardness 12 to 19 are arranged directly adjacent to one another with their flat narrow sides, for example 22 , 23 , which are perpendicular to the sole surface. This effectively prevents the sole from sagging downwards. An essential behavior for the running of the shoe or the sole by bending upwards, as illustrated in FIG. 3, is in no way prevented by the immediately adjacent material parts of greater hardness 12 to 19 .
From the drawing it can also be seen that the material parts of greater hardness 13 to 19 each have recesses 24 to 26 which extend substantially in the transverse direction of the sole and are intended to contribute to a total weight saving of the sole.
