Description
The invention relates to a batten for tile roofs according to the preamble of claim 1.
A device for extracting heat from the roof surface in the low temperature range is already known in the form of an internally profiled star tube (DE-GM 78 20 719). This device exists for the purpose of generating heat energy Made of a metal (aluminum) that conducts heat well and is on the underside of the roof tile facing side formed over a wide area. It forms an approximately perpendicular to the roof surface Stop surface and is on its underside with a snugly fitting tube for passing a heat transfer fluid Mistake. In this form it is inserted into the tile roofing of the house roof.
The invention is based on the object of designing a roof batten of the generic type in such a way that it takes place a normal, for example made of wood roof batten can be used and that a safe one Support of the roof tiles is guaranteed and a detachable connection between the roof batten and the pipe is achieved is.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the upper longitudinal edge of the batten has a to this approximately right-angled downward bend with a bend parallel to the top of the roof batten, perforated nail web is connected and that for the positive holding of the tube on the underside the batten a resilient one encompassing the pipe by a little more than half of its circumference Pipe clamping bar is provided.
The roofing process is also not changed, which is something for the craftsmen of the roofing company This roof battens can be used both for new roofing (i.e. for new buildings) and Use at any time afterwards with existing tiled roofs by covering, whereby neither the roof tile type nor does the roof pitch play a role
As a result of the rich, intimate contact between the roof batten and the roof tiles, the entire Roof battens the solar energy stored in the roof tiles and radiated in by solar radiation also the surrounding walls both during the day as well as during the night.
The laying of the special roof battens according to the invention Can be done by a skilled roofer, but also by any skilled craftsman or in the do-it-your-self procedure. For reasons of guarantee, however, the relocation would be and the mutual connection of the individual pipe parts of the roof battens should be carried out by a heating specialist or a plumber.
Before attaching the roof battens, i.e. the so-called battens, to the roof beams, the roof surface can be isolated in every known and commercially available way, because this isolation option by the invention is in no way affected. Subsequent insulation of the underside of the roof is also necessary possible, as well as the prior application of a known grid foil. About condensation on the pipes carrying the heat absorption fluid and on the roof battens themselves should be avoided In any case, roof insulation or the attachment of a lattice film is recommended.
In any case, through the connection of the pipes provided on the individual roof battens for the passage the heat absorption liquid created a kind of pipe register through which the heat absorption liquid either as a whole (complete series connection) or in several parallel flow options can be passed through.
Eine besonders zweckmäßige Ausfuhr ungsform der Erfindung ist Gegenstand des Patentanspruchs 2.A particularly useful embodiment of the invention is the subject of claim 2.
The connection of the conduction pipes for the heat-absorbing liquid, which should be made from the same metallic material as the roof battens themselves, but also from a suitable one Can consist of plastic, takes place in the expansion area by means of the known in the installation industry, d. H. commercially available screw fittings with pinch seal.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestelltAn exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing

Die gesamte Dachlatte ist mit 1 bezeichnet. Sie besteht aus einem gut wärmeleitenden Metall, speziellThe entire roof batten is denoted by 1. It consists of a metal that conducts heat well, especially
Aluminum, and has a broad surface on its upper side (that is, the surface facing the underside of the roof tile) formed This broad area stands over a right-angled downward bend 2 with a to the top of the batten 1 parallel nail web 3 in connection, which is prepunched, namely in Shape of elongated holes 4 serving for expansion compensation. In the example shown, is on the underside the roof batten 1 is a somewhat resilient tube clamping bar 5, which runs over a little more than 180 ° and to accommodate a pipe 7 for passing a heat-absorbing liquid through it In the vicinity of its free end edge 8, the clamping web 5 has a groove 9 formed by a triangular weakening Predetermined breaking point.
With the aid of this weakening groove 9, as shown in FIG. 2 shows with conventional biting tools in the pipe clamping web 5 by breaking out a piece of about the order of magnitude of 5 cm long .. piece between the free end edge 8 and the groove-shaped predetermined breaking point 9 breakouts 10 are generated by which is then passed through the pipe 7 bent outwards by 9ΰ °. The pipe 7 then leads into shape an expansion loop 11 with a connecting sleeve 12 to the pipe 7 of the adjacent roof batten 1.
