Abstract
Description
In gegenläufiger Faltelung abgelegte Papierbahn, insbesondere Paper web deposited in opposite folds, in particular
Continuous web of printers of computers or the like The invention relates to a paper web deposited in opposite folds, in particular an endless web of printers of computers or the like, according to the preamble of claim 1.
In the case of the known paper webs of this type that are on the market the tear lines are designed so that a web remains on the outer edge to a Avoid catching the paper web as it passes through the printer. That the jetties and gaps in the paper web creating a writing tool has a tooth pitch of 3-5 mm in such a way that the width of the tooth bridge is a multiple of the tooth gap is equivalent to. When creating the tear-off line, the cutting tool dips so far in the paper web that the toothed ridges completely penetrate the paper, so that then, due to the relatively small tooth gaps, webs remain in the tear-off line. However, such tear-off lines do not meet the requirements that arise. It leaves no easy, fray-free separation can be achieved, so that a trimming is often necessary the crack edges is required. The non-fraying tearing also leads to the disadvantage of undesirable dust formation. Then are different for processing Paper web widths require additional knives, which is what the production of such paper webs more expensive with the so-called Leporello folding.
The object of the invention is based on the object of a generic Specify paper web with a tear-off line next to a lighter Tearing allows a fray-free separation. Furthermore, by means of a single Cutting tool tear lines on paper webs of different widths can be generated.
The task relating to the paper web is indicated by the identifier of claim 1 solved.
As a result of such a configuration is a generic paper web indicated of increased utility value. The gaps created by the cutting tool the tear-off line are now limited in their depth, so that in the tear-off line a continuous Bridge remains. The special tooth pitch makes it possible not to pay attention to it is that ridges remain on the outer edge of the paper web. The easy severing of the The paper web at the tear line can, surprisingly, be removed after the aging has been created proceed. As was found, the fine toothing leads to fray-free Separation at the tear-off line, so that the tear-off edges do not need to be trimmed can. Dust-free further processing is also possible. It also leads the special tear-off line to stabilize the paper web in the tear-off line area ' which (in improved folding of folds allowed. Therefore thinner paper thicknesses can also be used can be used with the realization of a not incalculable savings in the east. Even if the paper web has certain dimensional tolerances in terms of thickness, this is sufficient the tear-off lines still meet the requirements mentioned.
Another advantage is that the depth of the gaps is greater than half the thickness of the paper web. This dimension leads to optimal demolition ratios.
In addition, it is favorable that the open side of the gaps alternate facing the inner fold and the outer fold. Therefore, the cutting tool always work on one side of the paper web. Still occur regardless of the folding direction no disadvantages with regard to the easy, fray-free severing in the tear line on.
The cutting tool for making the aforementioned paper webs is characterized by the fact that in the apex of the smooth-surfaced Wading a trapezoidal toothing is arranged with.
der Zahnteilung des zwei- bis sechsfachen der Dicke der Papierbahn.the tooth pitch of two to six times the thickness of the paper web.
On the one hand, the special toothing allows good cutting the tooth gaps, and on the other hand, the cutting tool has one compared to the known Designs longer service life. The wades are preferably symmetrical to one another.
Good cutting results can be achieved by adjusting the tooth height corresponds to about a fifth of the wade height and the roof angle of the wade is acute-angled is.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is illustrated below with reference to FIG Figs. 1 to 7 explain. It shows Fig. 1 in a perspective view a paper web deposited in opposite folds, FIG. 2 more natural Size is a top view of the paper web in the area of a tear line (for drawing highlighted representation of the outline), Fig. 3 in approximately 50-fold enlargement a section through the paper web along the tear-off line, Fig. 4 is a cross section through Fig. 3 at the level of a gap in the outline, Fig. 5 in approximately natural size a view of the cutting tool generating the tear line, FIG. 6 in about 50 times An enlarged view of the cutting tool in the heel area and FIG. 7 a Cross section through the cutting tool.
The paper web P deposited in opposite folds is an endless web formed by printers of computers or the like. Due to the opposite When folded, it forms a stack of paper 1. Take two paper web sections 2 and 3 a position before casting.
Fig. 2.On its edge sides, the paper web P is forming a row of holes Löctlern 4 provided, which are used for transport through the printer. At the level of the folding edges the paper web is provided with a tear line 5, which is symmetrical between two Holes 4, see FIG. 2.
In the exemplary embodiment, a paper web with a thickness x of 1/10 mm selected. The thickness can vary up and down. From Fig. 3 it can be seen that the gaps 6 and webs 7, which are approximately equal in width, tooth pitch y one This corresponds to a multiple of the thickness x of the paper web. With 72 bars and the corresponding one Number of gaps on the 25.4 mm length of the tear line 5, this means that the tooth pitch y is 0.35 mm. There is therefore a ratio of the thickness x of the paper web to the tooth pitch y of 1: 3.5. This means that the tooth pitch y is in the range of two to six times the. Thickness x of the paper web P lies. As FIGS. 3 and 4 further illustrate, is the depth x 'of the gaps 6 greater than half the thickness x of the paper web P, preferably 2/3 the thickness. The wedge-shaped cross section of the gaps 6 can be seen from FIG. As a result of this, gaps 6 which do not extend over the full paper thickness remain at the tear-off line opposite the gaps 6 a continuous web 8. Da the tear lines 5 are always worked in from one side of the paper web P, is the open side of the gaps 6 after folding the paper web P alternately the Inner fold 9 and the outer fold 10 facing. As a result of the continuous web 8, the paper web is stabilized in the area of the tear line 5, as in FIG Fig. 1 indicated. This stabilization leads between the two paper web sections 2, 3 and also the subsequent paper web sections when depositing to a scalloped Gusset 11, which is the Filing improved. This comes especially the use of thin paper is beneficial, since a trouble-free Can achieve filing.
The optimal tearing of the paper web P at the level of the tear line 5 however, occurs only after the paper web has been folded.
Beim Ausführungsbeispiel beträgt der Dachwinkel alpha der Waten 12 etwa 600.The cutting tool 11 is designed in the shape of a sheet. On one narrow edge it has smooth-surfaced and mutually symmetrical, in the blades 12 impinging on the longitudinal median plane. In the exemplary embodiment is the roof angle alpha of the wade 12 is about 600.
A trapezoidal toothing is provided in the apex line S of the bevels.
The tooth pitch y 'corresponds to the tooth pitch y of the outline line 5. The trapezoidal toothing composed of the teeth 13 and tooth gaps 14 is generated the gaps 6 and webs 7 of the outline 5. Fig. 7 illustrates that the tooth height z corresponds to about one fifth of the heel height u or is equal to or greater than that Thickness x of the paper web P is.
As a result of the fine toothing needs when applying the cutting tool 11 not to be paid attention to whether webs 7 or gaps 6 on the outer edge of the Paper web P remain, so that by means of a few cutting tools 11 tear-off lines 5 can be produced on paper webs of different widths.
All mentioned in the description and shown in the drawing New features are essential to the invention, even if they are not in the claims are expressly claimed.
