auf Grund der Anmeldung in England vom B. November igi2 beansprucht. Die Erfindung
bezieht sich auf einen Schaber zum Reinigen der Oberflächen von Zvlindern, Walzen
u. dgl. Der Schaber ist starr ausgebildet, sehr wirkungsvoll und behält stets seine

Der Schaber i gemäß vorliegender Erfindung ist mit zusammenhängenden
Schneid-oder Sch abkanten :2 ausgebildet, und zwar derart, d'aß Teile 5 der Kanten
2 in verschiedenen Längslinien parallel zu der Zylinderachse auf den Zylinder einwirken,
wobei Teile 4 - der Kante, welche die genannten Teile 5 miteinander verbinden, quer
hierzu auf den Zylinder einwirken. Der aus Metall oder einem anderen Material hergestellte
Schaber i besitzt Rillen 3, welche rechtwinklig oder in einem anderen Winkel zur
Achse' des Zylinders verlaufen. Die Rillen sind vorzugsweise oben weiter als unten
oder umgekehrt; -sie können auf einer oder auf beiden Seiten des Schabers vorgesehen
sein und jede gewünschte Ausdehnung und Form besitzen. In der Zeichnung sind Rillen
auf beiden Seiten des Schabers i vorgesehen. Die Kante 2 des Schabers kann abgeschrägt
oder geneigt, ausgeschnitten oder ausgestanzt sein, wie in Fig. i der Zeichnung
veranschaulicht ist. Wenn die Kante 2 gegen die Zylinderaberfläche gedrückt wird,
wirken die Teile 5 d @r genannten Kante 2 in verschiedenen parallel zu der Zylinderachse
verlaufenden Längslinien auf den Zvlinder ein, während die die Kantenteile 5 miteinander
verbindenden Zwischenteile 4 quer hierzu gegen die Zylinderoberfläche wirken.The scraper i according to the present invention is connected with
