Diese Durchmessererweiterung ist durch drei Stufen 16,18,20 hergestellt. In dieser Durchmessererweiterung ist eine Büchse 22 angeordnet, die komplementäre Gestalt zur Durchmessererweiterung des Durchbruches 12 besitzt. Der zylindrische Innenteil der Büchse 22 ist mit dem erforderlichen Gewinde 26 versehen. An der einen axialen, in Richtung des Kunststoffteiles 1o weisenden Seite 40oder Büchse 22 ist eine endlose, rund um die Aussenseite 40 sich erstreckende Rippe 42 ausgebildet, die mit der gegenüberliegenden Stufe 20 des Kunststoffteiles lo im ganzen Umfang in Beruhrung ist. Durch diese Rippe 42 ist eine gasdichte Verbindung zwischen der Büchse 22 und dem Kunststoffteil herstellbar, in dem die beiden Teile lo und 22 z.B. durch Ultraschallschweißen verbunden werden. Es ist also ein Kunststoffteil mit Gewinde zu erkennen, wobei das eigentliche Kunststoffteil lo aus relativ weichem Kunststoffmaterial, z.B. Polyamid, Polyurethan und durch Spritzen hergestellt werden kann, und die Büchse 22 aus einem harten Kunststoffmaerial, z.B. glas- oder kohlenfaserverstärktem Kunststoff bestehen kann. Somit ist gewährleistet, daß auch bei KunststoffteileX die aus weichem Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt sind, eine Gewindefestigkeit erreicht wird, wie sie z.B. bei Metall üblich ist, und die die erforderliche Dichtheit garantiert. Ein derartiges Kunststoffteil kann wie folgt hergestellt werden: Beim Herstellungsvorgang, z.B. beim Spritzen des Kunststoffteiles wird an der Stelle des Kunststoffteiles, an der beim fertigen Kunststoffteil das Gewinde ausgebildet sein soll, ein Durchbruch oder eine Ausnehmung hergestellt, deren Durchmesser, im Falle, daß ein Innengewinde hergestellt werden soll, größer ist als der Durchmesser des durch das vorgesehene Innengewinde definierten Zylinders. Nach der Herstellung und ggf. Erstarrung bzw. Auskühlung des Kunststoffteiles wird in die Ausnehmung eine Büchse 22 mit komplementärer Gestalt zur Ausnehmung und mit erforderlichem Innengewinde eingepresst und mit dem Kunststoffteil lo z.B. durch Ultraschallschweißen, Kleben oder auf andere Art verbunden.In the drawing, 10 is a plastic part with an opening 12 shown.
