Description
Füll- und Entleerungsvorrichtung für iWilchmeßgefäße. Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Füll- und Entleerungsvorrichtung für Milch. meßgefäße. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß der Entleerungsbahn als Schwenkhahn ausgebildet ist, dessen Ausflußrohr in der Drehungsebene gekrümmt ist, derart, daß bei geöffnetem Hahn die Mündung des Ausflußrohres an die Innenwand der untergestellten Kanne tritt und so die Entleerung der Milch in die Kanne ohne Schaumbildung ermöglicht.Filling and emptying device for iWilk measuring jars. An dem Boden des Meßgefäßes c sind gleichachsig die Gehäuse für das Entleerungsküken a und das Füllküken b befestigt. An den Eintrittsstutzen g des Füllhahnes b schließt die Zuleitung e aus dem Sammelbehälter l an. An den Austrittsstutzen f des Entleerungshahnes a schließt das in der Drehungsebene gekrümmte Rohr d an. Auf den beiden Vierkanten der Halmküken ist je ein Schlüssel h bzw. i aufgeklemmt, von denen der eine einen federnden Kupplungszapfen k hat, welcher in den anderen eingreift. Wie aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich, ist die Kupplungsstellung eine solche, daß, wenn die Austrittsöffnung o des Entleerungshahnes mit der Bohrung des Kükens a und dem gekrümmten Rohre d in Verbindung steht, die Füllöffnung p des Füllhähnes gegen die Kükenbohrung dieses Hahnes b und damit die Zufiußleitung e abgeschlossen ist. Zum Füllen des Meßgefäßes wird das gekrümmte Rohr & in die Stellung der Fig. 2 nach oben geschwenkt und dadurch werden vermöge der Kupplung beide Hähne gleichzeitig gedreht. Zum Entleeren des Meßgefäßes wird das gekrümmte Rohr in der Lage der Fig. i nach abwärts geschwenkt und damit so in die Milchkanne versenkt, daß ein schaumloses Füllen dieser möglich ist. Die Handhabung und Bauform sind somit einfach und betriebssicher. Wenn aus irgendeinem Grunde, insbesondere zur Reinigung, jeder Hahn für sich verstellt werden soll, so ist dies durch Ausrücken der Kupplung mittels des federnden Kupplungszapfens k möglich.
