Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Offenhalten von Aufbruchbohrlöchern im Bergbau und kennzeichnet sich dadurch, daß mit dem Bohrgestänge Ringe, die mit Ketten oder Seilen in Abständen voneinander an dem Teller unterhalb des Bohrkopfes angehängt sind, über die ganze Länge des Bohrloches eingebracht werden. Die Ringe beeinträchtigen die nachfolgenden Schießarbeiten weniger als geschlossene Rohre und ermöglichen das Offenhalten größerer Bohrlöcher als bisher in wirtschaftlicherer Weise.
