Description
The invention relates to a railing for spindle or round bo gene stairs, consisting of in recordings in the area of free Side of at least two adjacent tread plates fastening, vertical railing posts and from individual, handrail parts of equal length to each other, the following railing posts can be screwed on.
In a spiral staircase known from US-PS 34 18 770 A railing of the type mentioned are on the front and back of each step plate clamps for mounting vertical railing post attached, two each consecutive railing posts at the top by one hand running part are interconnected. Every handrail part is made from a section of wood with a longitudinal groove open at the bottom, in the metallic connecting parts fastened longitudinally are so that the length of the handrail part can be adjusted. The connecting parts protruding from the handrail parts are each screwed to a railing post, so that on each Railing post the upper connecting bracket of the next lower one Handrail part as well as the lower connection bracket of the next height ren handrail part are attached. Each handrail part includes consequently a relatively large number of individual parts, namely, apart from the grooved section of wood, two metallic ones curved connection parts and frictional fasteners to adjust the length of the connecting parts, both the Wood section as well as the metal parts extensive processing gene require. Although the railing of stairs of the aforementioned Type generally does not require a supporting function its manufacture and assembly a relatively large amount of effort even with simple designs, the total cost of the stairs considerably influenced. Expensive, time-consuming work results also by adapting the railing on site existing dimensional deviations.
The invention has for its object a railing gangs specified to improve that it is only we few, especially inexpensive prefabricated items points out, in particular as a kit, the possibility of Self-assembly with simple adaptation to different steep slopes and also offer stairs of different sizes.
Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst,According to the invention, this object is achieved by
- - daß die Geländerpfosten und die Handlaufteile aus Rundholz stäben bestehen,- That the railing posts and the handrail parts made of round wood bars exist,
That the recordings as laterally open recesses on the Ge country side of the step plates are provided,
That the railing posts in the recordings of the tread plates adjustable height can be attached by means of a cross screw connection,
That the handrail parts at their ends each one Round profile of the railing posts with about a quarter arch have a recess, the axis of which corresponds to the longitudinal axis of the handrail part an acute angle of 90 ° minus the Forms the slope angle of common stairs of this type,
And that the length of the handrail parts by a constant distance between the railing posts and an equal permanent stair slope angle is determined.
The same profile shape of the Ge consisting of round wooden bars country posts and handrail parts guaranteed especially at same diameter a simple and inexpensive machining processing of the starting material, so that given processing length both the railing posts and the handrail parts can be cut off. The circular cross section of the posts also enables quick and easy production of the recording in the form of millings in the step plates, on which everyone Posts can be screwed in at any required height can. The provided at the front ends of the handrail parts take with which they enclose the railing post make with the same machining tool. Furthermore the round shape ensures a comprehensive mutual contact area with a correspondingly large support, which is supported by egg ne quick and easy screw connection through the railing post is secured through. Taking into account the Stei angle of common stairs for the course of the Ausneh on the front ends of the handrail parts partial independence of the manufactured in a modular system handrail from the stairs actually present during installation pen slope. By this angle a spindle or round bo Gentle stairs based on often occurring slope ratio are the most common use cases covered. Slope variations can be achieved with simple heights Compensate for the adjustment of the railing posts.
Because the handrail parts fit between the railing posts and are screwed to these, results in addition to that by large mutual contact surfaces caused overall stiffening of the railing also simplified installation, especially in the DIY with broad adaptability to different Diameter and slopes of the existing stairs. Experience has shown that those arising on the railing posts are disruptive Paragraphs within the handrail are not, since the lower end each always with the top of the handrail post can be made flush. Any paragraph that arises between between the upper end of a handrail part and the post not a hindrance to the user since he is climbing must inevitably follow up on the handrail several times and when Walking down the stairs can be done on the handrail supporting hand up to the flush railing post slide.
An independent embodiment of the invention relates to a Ge countries for spiral or arched staircases, consisting of in Recordings in the area of the free side of at least two adjacent tread plates attachable, vertical Ge railing posts, the receptacles for the railing posts there are shell-shaped, curved fitting parts which are connected to a Support surface can be attached to the tread plates so that the The bottom of the bowl is essentially flush with the free be te of the tread plate, and of individual, the same with each other against handrail parts attached to successive railing posts are screwable.
In this embodiment, the above object is invented solved according to the invention,
- - daß die Geländerpfosten und die Handlaufteile aus Rundholz stäben bestehen,- That the railing posts and the handrail parts made of round wood bars exist,
- - daß die Beschlagteile seitlich offen sind,- that the fittings are open on the side,
That the railing posts in the recordings of the tread plates adjustable height can be attached by means of a cross screw connection,
That the handrail parts at their ends each one Round profile of the railing posts with about a quarter arch have a recess, the axis of which corresponds to the longitudinal axis of the handrail part an acute angle of 90 ° minus the Forms the slope angle of common stairs of this type,
And that the length of the handrail parts by a constant distance between the railing posts and an equal permanent stair slope angle is determined.
This second basic railing design enables that for example a single delivery program with uniform Lengths of posts and handrail parts for a greater variety of stairs is used, the same for bridging permanent distances between successive railing posts Most provided handrail parts on a house with spiral staircases fig occurring gradient ratio can be adjusted. The Fitting parts offer a way to remove the railing posts along the course of the stairs at any point along the Attach the outside of the step plates. To adjust the Railing on different slopes can be the example wise handrail for a maximum post distance parts brought to the appropriate length and un front ter taking into account the existing pitch angle to be worked on against the railing posts. To this This can be the case with the design described first if occurring stepped course of the railing in each Fall through a continuous, flush course of the handrail parts with the upper edge of the posts to be connected.
Draw all designs of the railing according to the invention characterized by an inexpensive manufacture and in that they can also be easily assembled by unskilled workers and achieve sufficient stability through their assembly. The The height of the railing can be adjusted, making it suitable for everyone easily adapt to upcoming spiral stairs. Furthermore can the railing for left-hand or right-hand stairs without any Amendments are applied and furthermore for each belie bige roundings or diameters of stairs, because the round recess on the front ends of the handrail parts only around the railing post moved around and then in the correct position need to be screwed.

Accordingly, FIGS. 1 and 4 is arranged in each case a spiral staircase with a circular floor opening 15 at the tread plates 1, 2,. . . 13 outside a railing is attached according to the inven tion. The central stair spindle 16 is laterally supported by a platform plate 17 and an upper platform (not shown). The tread plates can be provided with straight-line outer sides, so that the stairs appear in plan view as a uniform polygon. This shape he enables a simplified design with regard to the training and the connection of the railing.
In the usual spiral staircase shown in FIG. 4, all the step plates 1 , 2 ,. . . 13 at the front and rear ends of their outer sides each have a milled recess 36 corresponding approximately to a quarter-circle arc, which runs vertically and is used for large-area contact of railing posts 42 , 44 , 46 which are circular in cross section. Each railing post is screwed to the step plate in the area of its contact surface at the recess 36 using wood screws 60 as shown in FIG. 5. With the exception of the Angangspfo least 40 , which is supported only on the bottom tread plate 1 and screwed to it, all the following Gelän derpfosten 42 , 44 , 46 are in a side and back of a tread plate with an odd atomic number 1 , 3 ,. . . Open on 36 and on one side and to the front of the next higher step plate with an even atomic number 2 , 4 ,. . . open receptacle 36 and are screwed to them.
In the spiral staircase smaller diameter shown in Fig. 1, the tread plates 1 , 2 ,. . . 13 provided with staggered appearances, the tread plates having an odd atomic number 1 , 3 ,. . . have their appearance on the spindle side, while on the step plates with an even atomic number 2 , 4 ,. . . the appearance is in the outside area and is there under the footsteps 6 and 8 ,. . . extends. Since this type of staircase has a relatively large slope and on the railing side of the stairs each three successive tread plates partially overlap each other, is accordingly Fig. 1 and 2 each railing post 42 , 44 , 46 , with the exception of the start post 40 screwed ver with three tread plates. The railing post 42, for example, is located in the receptacle 36 on the rear edge of the tread plate 2 and in the receptacles 36 on the front sides of the next higher tread plates 3 and 4 and is screwed to them.
According to FIG. 5, the outer edges of the tread plates contain smaller semicircular vertical recesses 39 , which are used for the positioning and alignment of railing rods 45 , 47 . The railing rods 45 , 47 arranged between the railing posts are received at their upper ends in blind bores 54 of a handrail piece 50 . Each in cross-section circular handpiece 50 , which preferably has the same cross-section as the railing post, contains at its ends circular run de, with an arc of at least 90 ° milled recesses 51 , 52 , with which it rests on the two adjacent railing posts and then from the respective post is pre-drilled and screwed.
The recesses 51 , 52 at the front ends of the handrail part 50 are inclined to the longitudinal center axis of the handrail part, namely at an acute angle of 90 ° minus the slope angle customary for such stairs. Deviating incline conditions for other spiral staircases to be provided with a railing need not be taken into special consideration. If the slope required for a handrail part for the course of its recesses 51 , 52 does not correspond to the actual staircase slope, there are slight gradations on the top of the handrail similar to the type indicated in FIG. 2, the upper handrail part being approximately flush with the upper edge of the post 44 is brought up and the next lower handrail part continues with a gradation from the post down.
At the end, the handrail parts 50 are chamfered parallel to the axis of the recesses 51 , 52 at point 56 in order to eliminate the thin material protrusion present there and to make room for the screwing of the handrail part to be connected on the opposite side of the post.
Although the above-described and shown type of mounting of the railing posts in the recesses 36 located at the front and rear corner of each step plate is particularly expedient due to the support surfaces lying on opposite sides of the railing post, the railing posts can also be fastened along the outer sides of the respective step plates . Instead of the milled recesses 36 take bowl-shaped, outwardly open fittings that are screwed to the top or bottom of the respective tread plate. The screw connection is preferably carried out after the production of suitable pilot bores with the chipboard screws 60 shown in FIG. 5. Such screws are also used to connect the handrail parts 50 with the respective Ge länderpfosten at the points that are indicated in Fig. 2 with broken lines.
