Description
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung schmiedeeiserner Gliederheizkörper (Radiatoren), welches darin besteht, daß zwischen den entsprechend ausgeschnittenen Gliedern oben und unten Halbringe angeschweißt' werden, welche in ihrer Gesamtheit die eine Hälfte der den Innenraum der Glieder verbindenden Kanäle bilden. Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht die Ausführung des Verfahrens. Auf diese Weise werden je zwei zu benachbarten Heizgliedern gehörige Schalen a miteinander verbunden, worauf durch Zusammenschweißen der Ränder der Schalen a die Glieder des Heizkörpers hergestellt und in Verbindung miteinander gebracht werden. Hierauf wird der Heizkörper oben und unten durch Anschweißen halbzylindrischer Schalen von der in Fig. 6 und 7 wiedergegebenen Form geschlossen. Die unten angesetzte Schale d besitzt einen Stutzen e für die Ableitung des Heizmittels. Die Enden der die Glieder des Heizkörpers miteinander verbindenden Kanäle werden durch Anschweißen von kreisförmigen Scheiben f verschlossen, so daß die -in Fig. 5 unten wiedergegebene Form entsteht. Die eine Endscheibe des oberen Kanales enthält einen Stutzen für die Zuführung des Heizmittels.The drawing illustrates the execution of the method.
