Von daher wird von der Kriminalpolizei und von anderen beratenden Stellen immer wieder vorgeschlagen, die Eingangstüren außer im Bereich des Schloßriegels auch an einer anderen möglichst weit davon entfernten Stelle mit dem Türrahmen zu verbinden. Dafür sind zusätzlich zu betätigende Schlösser entwickelt worden.
