Die Erfindung betrifft eine Holzsohle für Schuhwerk, welche durch Anordnung von Qernuten biegsam gemacht ist. Diese Biegsamkeit wird dadurch vervollkommnet, daß der mittlere Teil der Sohle herausgeschnitten ist, der seinerseits auch mit Quernuten versehen ist, die zu den Quernuten des ihn umgebenden Randteils versetzt sind.
