Beschreibungdescription
The invention relates to a process for the production of perfumed Detergents, in particular powdered detergents and cleaning agents, the stabilization of the perfume component in these products during storage by reducing their volatility and increasing their durability against chemical changes.
The previously known powder detergents and cleaning agents are made by mixing an atomized or finely comminuted aqueous suspension of surfactants, predominantly of the anion-active type, and additives such as of alkaline polyphosphates, alkaline silicates, sodium sulfate, borax, sodium carbonate, organic chelating agents Substances based on the sodium salts of nitrilotriacetic or ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, carboxymethyl cellulose, optical bleaching agents, etc., in spray drying towers in produced in the warmth or in the cold. The dry intermediate product is then mixed with other mixers powdery, possibly liquid components homogenized, such as with sodium peroxoborate, polyphosphates, alkaline proteases and amylases, non-ionogenic _ surfactants, etc., which are usually less stable in water and when dried at elevated temperatures; possibly it is economically more advantageous to add them directly to your product without first dissolving them in water. That Powdered detergent produced in this way is usually used in the final phase of its production by atomization a liquid perfume composition is perfumed onto the mixed product by means of a nozzle.

Process for the production of cleaning agents, with
the drying of the atomized solution or suspension preferably exploits the higher content of inorganic additives
which are capable of removing the water from the solution or
To bind suspension; the dry product, usually in
Form of a powder with different particle structure
and form, is perfumed by spraying with an atomized or dispersed form of the perfume composition. A disadvantage of this process for the production of detergents is that the odorous substances are already partially volatilized into the atmosphere during production and that the powdery detergent is sprayed directly onto them
with the perfume composition no uniform homogeneity of the
Product can be achieved in terms of perfume content in relation to the different sorption capacity of individual components of the detergents. Another disadvantage is the fact that the perfume losses increase noticeably during storage due to their volatilization, possibly also due to the action of chemical changes in individual components, which can lead to a change in the character and intensity of the original fragrance. These facts result in a much lower effectiveness of the use of the perfume in powder detergents. In order to maintain the desired useful properties of detergents after a longer storage time, it is necessary to add a larger amount of perfume, and this means that a higher perfume content is uneconomical to use in the actual production. Powdered detergents with increased perfume stability are known which are produced by the presence of an amorphous silicic acid hydrate
in the powdered detergent which is added with the perfume in the usual and known manner. Of the
The residual content of the perfume after six months of storage is about 30 to 50% by weight of these detergents in comparison with a detergent without the stability of the

The disadvantages such a detergent and the process for its production are similar to the production processes mentioned at the beginning, because the perfume is in turn sprayed onto the powdered detergent, which also contains the amorphous silicic acid hydrate contains, which ensures no definable, controllable and reduced desorption during storage.
Der Parfümgehalt in diesem Sorbens beträgt 10 bis 65 Gew.-%.According to the invention, the stated disadvantages are due to the method for the production of detergents, in particular powdered detergents and cleaning agents, eliminated, with the individual components of the agent are mixed in the required ratio. The perfume is added and the mixture is homogenized. The principle of the invention is that the perfume before adding to the other Components of the mixture adsorbed on a porous carrier, preferably based on hydrated silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, polyethylene acrylate, polyvinyl chloride, polymethyl acrylate, polymethyl methacrylate, acetyl cellulose, poly phenylene oxide, polyethylene terephthalate, polyamide, urea-formaldehyde resin, Melamine-formaldehyde resin, copolymer of acrylonitrile with butadiene and styrene, polyacrylonitrile, Copolymer of vinyl chloride with vinyl acetate, polyethylene, Polypropylene, polystyrene and mixtures of these substances. The perfume sorbed in the carrier becomes the powder detergent added in an amount of 0.05 to 10% by weight, preferably 0.2 to 1.0% by weight, and completely homogenized. The perfume content in this sorbent is 10 to 65% by weight.
Eine weitere günstige Eigenschaft der porösen, das Parfüm enthaltenden Sorbentien stellt dies dar, daß sie die Intensität und den Charakter des Duftes der ursprünglichen Parfümkomposition unterstreichen.physical and physico-chemical properties given; these enable direct mixing with the powdery Detergent, what after homogenization of the mixture to obtain a product in which the perfume component on the porous support evenly in the entire volume of the powdery Detergent is distributed, leads. The advantage of the process according to the invention for the preparation of the detergents Compared to the known method, the fact that the perfumed sorbent is with the required particle size with Help ■ the perfume composition content can be treated so that its physical properties, in particular the bulk density, corresponds to the bulk density of the powdered detergent. This enables it to be easily mixed with the detergent to give a homogeneous product that is at long-term storage is stable. The properties of the sorbent also make it possible to stabilize the perfume composition sorbed on it, which significantly reduces it Volatility and elimination of chemical changes in its composition during storage of the powdery Detergent has the consequence, which is noticeable as a change in the fragrance character. Another affordable property of the porous, the perfume-containing sorbents, this represents that they the intensity and the character of the fragrance of the underline the original perfume composition.
The effect of the method according to the invention is therefore that by adding the perfume composition before mixing with the other components of the detergent on a porous Carrier was sorbed, a high fragrance intensity of the product is achieved even after long-term storage, what to a significant increase in the effectiveness of perfume utilization and to maintain the original useful properties leads. The effect is also that by reducing the perfuming of the powdery Detergent by 50 to 60 wt. Ss when generated after one longer storage time the same or even a higher fragrance

Achieve intensity of the product in comparison with the previously known methods for perfuming detergents leaves.
