Hierzu kann es zweckmäßig sein, wenn innerhalb der Ausnehmung an einer oder mehrerer der Wandflächen ein Klebestreifen aus selbstklebendem Material, beispielsweise ein Doppelklebestreifen, befestigt ist. Durch eine unterschiedliche Ausführung der Tiefe der Ausnehmung kann jeder beliebige Überdeckungsgrad der Tischecke erreicht werden.
