Abstract
Description
Method and device for cleaning exhaust gases and / or from them energized facilities.
The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for cleaning exhaust gases and / or the devices through which they flow, such as heat exchangers or the like, with the help of a liquid.
It is known to be found on the outside surfaces of in dirt-laden Exhaust gases located heat exchangers depositing pollution with the help of cleaning substances such as steam, water or air.
Vergleiche hierzu z.B. DE-GM 76 11 096.So far, cleaning substances that are not part of the system have been used, which are introduced into the exhaust system from the outside, for example with the help of injector nozzles will. Compare e.g. DE-GM 76 11 096.
In contrast, the present invention is based on the object effective cleaning of the exhaust gases and / or the devices through which they flow to be achieved with internal system tools with good heat utilization.
This is achieved according to the invention in that as a cleaning liquid a condensate obtained from the exhaust gas and circulated is used and the condensate is cleaned of the contaminants it contains and on the The dew point temperature of the exhaust gas is reheated.
Reheating the condensate is particularly advantageous when a heat exchanger located in the exhaust gas flow waste heat at the highest possible temperature recover from the sensible latent heat present in the form of steam target.
When carrying out the process according to the invention, the condensate can for feeding one of the devices located in the exhaust gas flow Washing device and / or for feeding a wet deduster arranged in the exhaust gas duct to serve.
Devices suitable for carrying out the method according to the invention are shown in Figs. 1 and 2 schematically illustrated embodiments In the device according to FIG. 1, the hot exhaust gas stream laden with dust and steam flows 1, as it exits from a chip dryer, for example, through the exhaust gas duct 2, in which a heat exchanger 3, for example, of tubular design, is located. The heat exchanger 3 is supplied with a cool heat transfer medium 3c, e.g. air, in countercurrent flowed through. This allows the waste heat from the exhaust gas to be used at high temperatures be made. The waste heat can either be used directly in a known manner or serves as base heat for operating a heat pump. The heat exchanger 3 is dimensioned so that the exhaust gas flowing past in the upper part 3a of the heat exchanger 3 up to and in the lower part 3b below the dew point temperature of that contained in the exhaust gas Vapors is cooled. The resulting condensate, e.g. water, is carried through the clarifier 4 collected and via the liquid pump 5 to the spray part 6 of the Washer 7 supplied. The thus used as washing water and the heat exchanger 3 rinsing condensate also gets into the clarifier 4 and is after cleaning from the washed-off substances back into the above-described circulating wash stream introduced. This can be clarified by the superheated steam supplied via the feed line 8 Condensate can be reheated to the dew point temperature of the exhaust gases. In order to it is achieved that the exhaust gas is not cooled by the washing water, but his latent heat at the original dew point temperature towards the heat exchanger transfer begins. The cooled exhaust gas is discharged through the chimney 9. the Sludge settling in the clarifier 4 can be removed via an outlet 10.
In the device according to FIG. 2, the hot exhaust gas flowing in is 11 on the first heat exchanger part 12a again up to a temperature above his Dew point cooled.
It then passes through a wet dust extractor 13, in which it is free from its dust load is released. Finally it enters the shaft 14, sweeps over the second Heat exchanger part 12b and leaves the device via the chimney 15.
The heat exchanger 12a, 12b is also operated in countercurrent. The portion of steam cooled to below its dew point on the second heat exchanger part 12b of the exhaust gas condenses, and the condensate, e.g. water, is in a collecting basin 16 caught. This condensate is used to fill or refill the in the wet dust extractor 13 used in a closed circuit circulating liquid. The wet dust 13 has a feed line 17 for filling the ICondcna # Clcs, a liquid pump 18 to maintain the circulation stream, a spray 19 and a clarifier 20, in which the washed-out dust settles.
Via the supply line 21, for example, the circulating via superheated steam Condensate can be heated to the dew point temperature of the exhaust gases.
This embodiment has the advantage over that of FIG. 1, that here the circulating wash water no heat whatsoever through the second heat exchanger part 12b is withdrawn and thus the cooling of the wash water is minimized, so that only small additional amounts of energy are required to rewarm it.
It goes without saying that the method according to the invention is carried out not limited to the illustrated embodiments, but there are still manifold variations in the design of the heat exchanger, the washer and the Wet dust extractor possible. Furthermore, the reheating of the washing liquid can also via other common heating means, e.g. via an additional heat exchanger, take place.
