Die Erfindung betrifft ein Mengenregulierventil mit den im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 aufgeführten Merkmalen. Bei den bekannten Ventilen dieser Art hat sich gezeigt, daß sie häufig eine relativ große Geräuschentwicklung beim Betrieb zeigen. Es ist daher bereits vorgeschlagen worden, Stopper aus Siebgeflecht etc. in den Strömungswegen anzuordnen und dadurch eine Strömungsberuhigung und damit Geräuschminderung zu erzielen. Es ist jedoch relativ aufwendig und schwierig entsprechend ausgebildete Siebkörper etc. im Ventil sicher anzuordnen, darüber hinaus sind diese Siebkörper recht anfällig gegenüber Verschmutzung und Verkalkung.The invention relates to a flow control valve with the im Features listed in the preamble of claim 1. Das Mengenregulierventil ist in der Figur 1 im eingebauten Zustand in einer teilweise dargestellten Armatur 2 gezeigt. Das Halteglied 4 ist dabei formschlüssig mit einer stromaufwärts angeordneten Ventilregulierscheibe 7 verbunden, die mit einer koaxial, jedoch drehfest im Gehäuse gehalterten Ventilsitzscheibe 8 zusammenwirkt. Die beiden Ventilscheiben haben identische Abmessungen und sind jeweils mit einer Durchtrittsöffnung 9, die von einem Kreissegment mit einer nahe der Kreismittelachse 12 befindlichen Sehne gebildet wird. Die Rippen 6 sind dabei so bemessen, daß sie die Durchtrittsöffnung 9 nahezu durchgreifen, wie es auch aus Figur 3 zu entnehmen ist. Zweckmäßig ist das Halteglied 4 mit Zapfen 5 und Rippen 6 einstückig im Druck- oder Spritzgußverfahren aus Metall oder geeignetem Kunststoff hergestellt.
