Abstract

Directly after milking, milk is heated above 50 (60-80) deg.C milk collection, storage in agricultural installations and milk transport take place in heated condition, above 50 (60-80) deg.C. Verfahren zur Behandlung der Milch unmittelbar nach dem Melken,zur Sammlung,Lagerung bei den Landwirtschaflichen Eetrieben und zur Transportierung der Milch zu den Yolkereien dadurch gexennzeichnet,daß die Milch unmittelbar nach dem Melken auf einer Temperatur hohe als 50°C, vorzugsweise auf einer Temperatur von 60vc bis 8C>C erhitzt wird und das die Sammlung,LagerunG bei den Landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben und die Transportierung der Milch im Erhitzten Zustand bei Temperaturen höher als 50 C vorzugsweise bei Temperaturen zwischen 60 C und 80 C erfolgt.
