Claims (7)

Keramischer elektrischer Widerstand, der durch Pyrolyse (Keramisieren) mindestens eines siliciumorganischen Polymers, insbesondere eines Polysiloxans, und eines Füllstoffes hergestellt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der spezifische elektrische Widerstand durch ein mit Hilfe des Füllstoffes erzeugtes perkolatives Kohlenstoff-Netzwerk eingestellt wird.1.
