Claims (12)

1. Positionssensor für die augenblickliche Hubstellung eines hubbewegten Körpers (1) mit Auswertung einer von der Hubbewe­ gung (5) abhängigen Induktivitätsänderung, wobei
  • 1. der Sensor mindestens eine induktivitätsbehaftete Spule (6) umfaßt, die in das die Hubbewegung (5) ausführende System mit dem hubbewegten Körper (1) derart eingefügt ist, daß diese Spule (6) eine Formveränderung bei vorsich­ gehender Hubbewegung ausführt und
  • 2. zum Erfassen der durch magnetische Flussverkettung aufge­ tretenen Induktivitätsänderung dieser Spule eine Meß- und Auswertegerät (14) für ein Positions-Ausgangssignal vorge­ sehen ist.
